Location and staff
Because I had my credit card details change I had to cancel my payment and pay in full again. I still haven’t received my refund 5 days later.

Room and bed were excellent.Hotel is quiet and breakfast is very good. Pool was well cared for. Staff were very knowledgeable and keen to assist - professional and communicative. Special
Mention to Ms Truong who was very helpful and knowledgeable in a concierge role.

The location was good and the staff were nice.
The rooms smelt terrible, it’s smelt like mould and was quite unpleasant. It wasn’t worth the price they charge to stay here.
