Bryan was super helpful and such a nice front person for the hotel. Very professional. Room was great value , quiet,clean, and great A/C. Close to all the action.

This hotel is in old Hanoi and is one of the typical narrow, long houses. The room was like a corridor and, once we got used to it, was both interesting and very comfortable. It made us feel at home with Hanoi culture. The staff were more than helpful and, when we left for the Halong Bay Cruise, looked after our main luggage. Also, after our return we were able to stay in the reception until it was time for our bus trip. Right in the Old Quarter, the hotel is in the centre of things. Close to the lake and the Huc Bridge and the Water Puppet theatre. Many nice bars, cafes and restaurants in the area as well

Convenient location.
Room was dusty, floor was sort of oily, coffee cups were stained and seemed no one did their cleaning properly.
TV Mounted slanted.
