This hotel is a hidden gem in Hanoi! Located in the heart of the Old Quarter, it’s surrounded by the city’s vibrant culture and energy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the Wi-Fi is fast, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff are exceptionally polite and attentive. What’s more, the prices are very competitive. What more could you ask for?

Hotel was located in a quietier area of the Old Quarter, just a few streets away from Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel was comfortable and clean but the highlight of our stay was the staff. They were all so warm, welcoming and very attentive. Special thank you to Jennie for looking after our family during our visit.

The hotel was a little dated but the bedroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Excellent location and on a quieter street.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The staff were also genuinely friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I especially appreciated how smoothly everything was handled when we arrived at 2:00 AM. special thanks to Jennie and Mike for making everything so easy — highly recommend!
