Extremely central to EVERYTHING. Very friendly accommodating staff. It was clean and comfortable.
Can be noisy at times. Did not like the shower arrangement over the bath in room 502. Not ideal for older people or those with mobility issues. From photos online I thought I booked the room with walk-in shower.

Affordable hotel on the centre of old town. Great location nearby the lake and water puppet theatre and of course Old town. From Friday 7pm to Sunday night the streets around the hotel are closed (of course motor biked and cars still get in!) but eases things around the area particularly around the lake.
Great breakfast included and the rooms were nice. We had a balcony looking over the street which was also nice.
Staff were amazing and the highlight of the hotel. We were always greeted in the foyer and the staff were always up for a friendly chat, they were helpful too. Cleaners always left the rooms feeling and smelling fresh.
We had a minor issue with one of our rooms and Ann was very quick to sort things out for us which we really appreciated. I also want to call our Trang foe being so helpful booking tours for us.
We loved it however given the location I will note that every night it’s fairly noisy til late and even more so on weekends. If that’s not your thing you might want to book elsewhere. It wasn’t a problem for us though!

Good price for location and size of the room and comfort of beds.
Fantastic staff
Wasn't clear from the booking that this was a windowless room.
The breakfast was very disappointing and didn't reflect existing reviews.
