This is a very comfortable hotel in an ideal location in the old quarter. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I certainly would recommend this as a place to stay while visiting Hanoi. Also excellent value for money

Excellent value hotel in a fantastic Old Town location. Simple breakfast menu, freshly cooked to order. Friendly service and great overall experience. Would definitely stay here again.

So welcoming and made our very brief stay easy and fun. Breakfast was good and it meant we could get out and about.
One of the rooms was a little small, but as we were getting out into the town, it didn't really matter.

Lovely location near Hanoi old town, very friendly and considerate staff who checked me in. Rooms were spacious and clean, shower space was large, really great view from window (I had a balcony).
There was a roof top bar which was nice and quiet when I went up and was a fantastic place to sit, have a beer and look across the city.
The hotel also had spa services - I had my first proper massage and it was really fantastic.
I would recommend to anyone I know to stay here if theyre in Hanoi!
I don’t think I can name anything I didn’t like, it was a really wonderful end to my holiday across Asia
