The hotel has just been renovated beautifully recently and we were some of the first guests to stay since they reopened.
The staff are outstanding, I’ve never been so looked after anywhere I have stayed. Extremely attentive and helpful. We travelled with my in-laws and the respect and support for them was incredible. A special mention to Kate, our contact person who was expectionally helpful and lovely. Thanks to Mina, Justin, Mark, Severus, Vance and Danny who were all excellent, and many other staff I didn’t catch the names of that made our stay memorable and special.
The hotel is in an excellent location.
The breakfast was fantastic.
The rooftop bar has a stunning view and is very comfortable (inside and outside options)
We were very happy with our room, comfortable bed. We had a bath and shower in our room (905, Junior Double) which was luxurious, especially the shower which was the most hi-tech shower I have ever used.
My in-laws were in 901, Le Joyau De Chambre, it was a large and spacious room with a well equipped shower room, a large bath in the bedroom by the doors leading to a balcony overlooking the street.
Whilst I was there I had a massage at the in house spa, the treatment rooms are cosy and comfortable and smell amazing. The massage therapists were skilled and professional, I would highly recommend.
I will remember this hotel and the staff as one of the most of the luxurious and cared for experiences I have ever had.

We loved absolutely everything...the staff,room,pool,cleanliness,kindness and friendliness! The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable! The breakfast buffet had everything and more and a huge selection to suit anyones taste. It was all a 20/10! Couldn't fault a thing. Location was just perfect walking distance to everything without being right in the hustle and bustle! Laundromat around the corner and food,bank,spa places and minimarts outside the front door. Crazy to not stay here!!
