The staff are really good. Lucie reception is very helpful, she can speak English, and is on hand to help whether you are at the reception desk, or you are away and need to raise any queries or concerns.
The rooms are a little dated but it’s more than ok. I’ve used the hotel as my base while I go away on other excursions and it’s done the job.

Great location, cleaning every day with fresh towels, and a big window (but no view)
The room is very old and pretty small, no elevator for our room (2 floor), we had a big stain on the wall and we asked to change room, no one returned with an answer.
