The customer service throughout our stay was exceptional as I have found it to be everywhere so far in Vietnam. The staff went out of their way to welcome us to the hotel, and to sort us a taxi for the next morning.
The hotel is within a noisy area, but it's also bang in the middle of things for your convenience so please don't book and then complain about the noise. They do provide ear plugs which is a nice touch.
