This house was a great option for our fall vacation. The house itself had plenty of space, was clean and fully stocked. It was in a great location being a little over a mile from downtown Blue Ridge. I would recommend to anyone.

I was very impressed with 35 High Point Trail. It was near the town but surrounded by trees so you felt like you were in the mountains. The large family room and kitchen were perfect for discussions and planning. I will request this place the next time I go to Blue Ridge!

We stayed here for four weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had a very homey feel which made it very easy to settle in and feel comfortable right away. Each bedroom is very spacious and the whole inside was well cleaned. Both king beds were extremely comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors. When reading through the reviews before our stay the only negative thing we saw about the house was chickens at a nearby house and that was not a problem for us at all. We never heard them at night or in the mornings and it definitely didn't disturb our sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials we needed while staying there for a month. The biggest perk to this home was how close it was to downtown. Since we had a newborn we wanted to stay someplace that was close to the places we wanted to go to in the city without having a long, winding, rocky road to get there. This house is 10 minutes or less from any place in the city of Blue Ridge that you would want to visit. This enabled us to have many fun and quick excursions while still being able to get our baby back home to bed for naps. We loved staying here and would absolutely love to stay here again on future vacations. We have vacationed at about 6 different cabins in or around the immediate Blue Ridge area and this is the first place that we have stayed at that is actually comfortable enough for us to want to stay at again! We look forward to staying here again next year!

We enjoyed this “cabin in the woods” - which actually was very spacious! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make dinner and the tv was smart and use friendly. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Seth’s house. It is very comfortable and he has many extras in his house that other rentals we stayed at hadn’t. It was easy to cook here since there were plenty of cookware, bakeware, utensils and spices. Large kitchen table was great to not only eat but for playing games and doing puzzles. Overall we were impressed and would not have qualms staying here again if we were in this area.

Loved the cottage. It was roomy and clean and close to everything without hearing the sounds of town. Owner was great and very helpful.

House was clean and comfortable...exactly what we needed for my wife, two young adult sons, and me. Neighborhood was mostly quiet, but there was a rooster not too far away that made a little noise at daybreak. We walked into town at night. It was between a half mile and a mile, depending on where we went. Will definitely book again when we return to Blue Ridge.

The house was clean and very well-equipped. We had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing stay. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Downtown Blue Ridge was five minutes away and access to the Appalachian Highway was a matter of minutes as well. But the location was very quiet with access to a walking trail only a few steps away. A five-star experience.

We traveled right before Christmas. It was myself, my husband and 17 and 19 year old also with my small dog. The home was welcoming, clean and everything was provided. Location of the home was great. Close to the shops/downtown and the train station. Seth was attentive and very understanding when we had a personal issue arise and we had to leave a couple of days earlier. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope to come back again :)

This house is close to downtown Blue Ridge, restaurants, shops and hiking. The property was clean and very well appointed. We had everything we needed for a short getaway to the mountains. Our host was very helpful and entry to the home was seamless. The only downside to the location the nearby chicken coop about a block away. The roosters crowed pretty much all day long. Inside the home it is very quiet, but if you want to enjoy the lovely patio, be prepared to listen to the roosters.
