Near to all the shopping locations. Pratunam Market, December’s, Platinum Fashional Mall and CentralWorld.

It was 5-7 mins away from Pratunam market! You can shop anytime and drop your shopping bags before you go to other places! 711s are near too! And also they provide cleaning, change of towels and refill of drinking water every day! Staffs are nice too! ☺️
The only thing we don’t like is the elevator.

My room was very spacious in addition there was two showers and two toilets in the room with a seating area to watch the TV. Whilst I only stayed one night and didn’t watch a lot of tv I was able to watch YouTube and the sound and picture quality on the tv was good. In addition, the hotel was able to store my luggage to enable me to get travel to Phuket for a few days.
My daughter didn’t like that there wasn’t a separate bathroom and she thought it odd that the shower was like a cubicle in the room. For me this was not an issue and I liked the convenience.

Room had two bedrooms - suited our needs.
Area was near Pratunam Market and easy walk ti massage places and food options but seemed commercial (warehouses and noisy)
Everything else! I never leave a bad review but this has been our worst experience - photos don’t match the quality of the accomodation and staff had very limited English!
Check in was hard (after a 10 hour delay and being reassured that reception was 24/7 tried to tell me I couldn’t check in to the room until after midday and then finally produced a key after calling someone with more English).
The accomodation is run down, the room is old and smells terrible (not sure if mould, water damage or something wrong with the aircon). Hard to access the whole building as there is always a truck or car parked in front of the doorway and a drip falling constantly from the open drain above our head.
The room had only one sink in a 2 bedroom apartment - one bathroom had a bath, shower, toilet and sink, the other bathroom had no handwashing facility, only the shower to wash hands, but the worst part is the terrible smell which gave us a headache and sore throat (along with aircon that had to be run 24/7).
The area around is okay for massage and food places - next to Pratunam market but do not get the ground floor room as it is right between noisy reception and staff eating area who were making loud noises until after 10PM. They walk around talking loudly and laugh at all hours until almost midnight and then right across from the building is a warehouse who use a noisy tape gun constantly during all hours of the day.
Would not recommend or stay again.
