About this house rental
Situated in Sandpoint, this lovely house for $186 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This clean, cozy home sits on a tree lined street in a beautiful neighborhood. It has original hardwood floors throughout. The home is mere blocks to dining, grocery & downtown. Just 3.4 mi. to the Schweitzer shuttle (base of Schweitzer) and 1/2 mi. to City Beach. We provide 5 bikes June-September. The kitchen has quality cookware and a gas stove for dining in. There is a Smart TV that includes a complimentary Netflix account and other apps available. We’ve provided games, coloring books and books. There is a partially fenced back yard with a charcoal bbq, chiminea and chairs and 5 bikes available June through September. In addition to standard cleaning, the home is disinfected and aired out between each guest. We’ve left you a manual with our favorite coffee shops, dining and activities! BEDROOMS, BATHROOM *All beds have 100% cotton high quality linens. All towels are 100% cotton. Bedroom #1- Queen bed with door to bathroom, wardrobe and dresser. Bedroom #2- Twin Bunk beds with door to bathroom, dressers, closet. Bathroom- Full bathroom with tub/shower combo and doors leading to both bedrooms. OUTDOOR SPACE We’ve provided 5 bikes June - September. The back yard has a ton of blackberry bushes you can help yourself to! It is partially fenced and has a charcoal bbq and chiminea. The front porch has seating for two and a small table. As the property manager, I set a high standard for home maintenance, cleanliness and communication with guests. *RE DOGS: We do allow well behaved, house trained dogs as long as you can comply with the following rules, no exceptions. Dogs must stay off of ALL furniture and linens, you must clean up after them outside and their nails MUST be recently trimmed short. We have original hard wood floors and dog nails scratch them up. Pet fee of $60 collected through VRBO after booking. This helps cover the cost of extra cleaning.

Amazing location 3 blocks from 2 grocery stores, Kokanee Coffee and 7B Fitness.
Jen was very easy to communicate with.

We had everything we needed, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, even laundry detergent (we did bring our own because of sensitivities). We had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed playing in the yard and the games. Bedrooms were comfortable. We had a great stay, thank you!

My family of 3 rented Jen's house for our Schweitzer ski trip. It was our first time to Sandpoint or Schweitzer so wasn't sure what to expect. The house is comfortable and centrally located, super close to grocery stores and restaurants. It is only about a 20 min drive to the mountain. Jen's recommendations to the local restaurants were great; we ate at the Fat Pig twice and walked to Evans Brothers Coffee every day.

Wonderful renovated bungalow located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We skied at Schweitzer which is an easy trip by car and enjoyed the town for 5 days. The owner was very helpful and everything was perfect.

We stayed here to ski at Schweitzer Mountain and the location made it very easy to access both the mountain and downtown Sandpoint. The house was great and we had a wonderful time. Would definitely book again.

The house is an older home with great character! We very much enjoyed our stay in this quaint, clean home. Right downtown close to restaurants and all the activities. Will definitely be staying again!

We were very pleased with the cleanliness, layout and location of the property. The kitchen was well equipped, abundance and condition of towels, hand and wash cloths was spot on. The quietness of North 6th Avenue was also a plus.
Jen the property manager was prompt in answering our few questions and even though we didn’t need to contact her during our visit she stopped by the property to replace an item. In meeting her she was pleasant and more than willing to help if we had any needs.
We would definitely consider renting this property again!
A gas grill would be a nice addition to the property.

Our family of five plus pup enjoyed our stay at this prime location Sandpoint home. We easily walked to all of the shops & restaurants. It was quick drive to the sports fields. The home was a perfect set up for it family.

This is a lovely little character home in a great location. A short walk to beach, pubs ,restaurants and a nice little wine tasting room. Would stay here again.

The owner was super attentive via replies within the app. She asked if we needed anything extra, we suggested more spices and she had them waiting for us on the front porch the next day. Home is cozy. Automatic fire place (powered by thermostat) keeps the house toasty all day and night.

What a beautiful home. Very clean, variety of appliances, convenient lcation and great communication with owner. This space is great and fitting for a small family. We brought along our fur babies. Be mindful of the pet policy. The backyard is spacious. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

We are family of four - two adults, one toddler and one infant. We usually cook our foods from scratch even when traveling, so the kitchen is very important for us. Jen's kitchen was awesome. It had everything we needed. The house was big enough for kids to play and run. Unfortunately, my husband didn't sleep well on the top of the bunk bed.

The property was clean and well maintained on the interior. I would suggest to also supply aluminum foil and plastic wrap. I would rate the property as average. It was just missing the more personal added touches that I have experienced in other places we have stayed.
