La situation de l’appartement avec vue sur la plage du balcon. 2 chambres avec salle de bains . La qualité de la literie . La propreté, l’équipement, l’ascenseur car l’appartement se trouve au troisième étage. L’acceuil très chaleureux de Rosa . La disponibilité et la gentillesse de la propriétaire pour que nous passions un agréable séjour. Bref tout était parfait.

poor wifi especially in bedroom no terrestrial TV bulbs going off in 2 bathrooms / toilets at the end of the stay very bad sewage smell in several rooms - this was by far the worse issue

Location, location, location! Plus the warm welcome with flowers & wine, Rosy the housekeeper who was very helpful with the parking. etc and the simple good taste of the decoration.

Very little, a couple of minor details I share directly with the owners.

Location in Menton, cleanliness, layout, general facilities, parking availability, accessibility of Menton to other places.

Arrival arrangements as agreed with us fell down on the day (due to the unavailability of the house manager) which proved somewhat inconvenient but not insurmountable. Owners do not reply to the email addresses specified in their welcome message. Car-parking while useful is really only suitable for small/medium size vehicles and it might be as well to alert potential clients to this. Apartment in need of more regular casual repairs - certain sockets not working, ill-fitting units and marks on the walls. None of these take hugely from such a nice apartment but could be easily resolved and of course having drawn them to the attention of the owners (no reply), perhaps subsequent clients may get the benefit of hopefully some repair work.

Spacious, nice separate rooms, fully equipped kitchen, marvellous view from the living room.

The walls are not soundproof and the toad is quite noisy.
