Linen were clean. Overall the place was clean and neat. Newly renovated bathroom.

Took us time to have hot water in the tap and shower. Luckily hubby reset the connector outside which was as off. No mixer for hot and cold. Very difficult to get the right temperature for to take a shower. The water temp does not stay as originally mixed. You can easily freeze in the cold water or burn yourself with the heated water. Difficult to open the door from the locked back door. We could not open with the key if locked before going out. There were no aircon nor fans in the room. We had to share the aircon from the living room by setting to lowest temp during the heatwave during our stay.

Cleanliness, ease of access and a reasonable position.

Charging above its weight. We own 3 holiday rentals, this does not match the lowest price property we have and is substantially more than its real value. Cheap renovation, cheap tv where you cannot understand the talking during news etc. All outside lights didn't work, front bedroom light didn't work. Couch covered in stains. Kids chair in lounge room broken, Shower handle on opposite sides to normal, could be a safety issue. This is a $200p/n off peak and $250p/n peak house.

location and outside space is good.

no fly screen on the doors and so the fly keeps coming inside the house. the outside outdoor table was a lot of bird poo not cleaned. Ironing board did not stay properly. kids table and chairs should be taken away as they are wobbly and could be more harmful with kids.

The house was clean inside, it has split system for heating/cooling.

The wardrobes in the bedrooms were a bit old. The exterior of the house was run down and the outdoor furniture at the front of the house was worn out. The lawn in the backyard needed to be mowed. It was very high.

Nothing. Only the outside/outdoor view.

Very dirty. All the floor so sticky. And still many small rubbish in bedroom. The freezer so smelly. Also the master bedroom so smelly, like old furniture smell. The lamp (beside the bed) so dusty. The chair at outdoor balcony already broken. VERY OLD PROPERTY. i guess they just renovated the toilet. How can you rent the house in that condition??? Won't be back again.

We enjoyed all of the amenities at the newly renovated cottage. The beds were very comfortable and the towels lovely and fresh. It was lovely to sit and watch some TV comfortably in the evening.

One of the portable heaters was not working in the back bedroom, so we had to use the front bedroom heater there. There were no pantry supplies at all - no salt & pepper, nor token teabags and coffee...which would have been welcomed when we arrived.

Location is good, lots of space and the yard was large.

The property generally wasn't clean, had to rewash all kitchenware, bbq appeared to not have been cleaned for weeks/months (had to cook on foil to avoid touching the plate itself), large stains on couches and there was a mysterious purple goop on the bbq concrete area. Top bunk bed too small for adult.

Location & everything is very good.

For seven people just only only one toilet & bathroom. That one also together. Only first day had hot water.
