Below was my displeasure mail I sent to Fab hotels for refund of my amount which was denied (Fab hotels are bunch of cheats)...... I booked the hotel for one night as we had train at night for which 4 of us were travelling. The room was confirmed by Fab hotel website. (Attached is the screenshot). We entered the hotel and told them politely to accomodate 4 of us for sometime as we had 2 elderly parents and me and my wife. We thought of staying in the room for 3-4 hours just to freshen up and leave for railway station at night. (We arrived at the hotel around 3.30pm and we're planning to vacate the room around 8.30). But the hotel staff, talked to us in a rude tone and told us 4 people won't be allowed, as the room was booked for 2 people. ( We agreed, as it was understandable, that if may be against the policies), however they should have communicated this to us in a more subtle way as we were requesting them for a special permission. But anyways we obliged politely and agreed to it because, sometimes rules comes first rather than the famous indian phrase "atithi devo bhava" or going that extra mile for a guest, to satisfy them). We graciously agreed to not go into the room and requested the hotel guy to accomodate my elderly parents for the booking. What came next was really sad and humiliating for us.I personally felt insulted when my elderly parents were told to wait for around 1 hour before any room could be allotted depending on availability (despite of me having confirmed booking via Fab hotels). The hotel staff talked to us in a very rude tone and told my elderly parents to wait indefinitely. The hotel staff guy told us that they have placed their hotel on Fab hotel, and many other websites as well and they don't take Fab hotel/ other booking websites confirmation seriously.

Read my complaint mail to Fabhotels for my ordeal at this horrible hotel.. But Fab hotels website too turned out to be comple te fraud...

It is ok for value for money.

Early check-in without extra cost. Polite attitude. Hotel location easily found on Map. For Ola uber, easy to book. Nearby shops are available.

I chose to stay in Fab Hotel first time after ditching OYO. I think Property should be maintained and staff should be more in number and also should be attentive and available.

It is not at all as per the photos shown. Its a shady hotel 'hourly tarrif'. Hotel staff doesn't honour online booking and ask you to talk directly with them and take no responsibility of anything. When I confronted them and asked them to speak to booking.com they just played passing the parcel. Most of the reviews of this hotel are made on June 22, 2022. Please don't go for this hotel.
