Bel appartement bien situé mais pas très propre

L'appartement très grand avec les 2 chambres, la cuisine équipée. L'immeuble récent. La proximité de la gare et des commerces.

Le check-in compliqué avec plus de 5 mails avant l'arrivée pour rappeler de déposer une caution et envoyer une copie de passeport. L'appartement assez sale : moquette tachée, poussière, cuisine sale... La douche un peu bouchée. La poignée de porte du salon cassée.

It did it’s job, for what we were there for

The location and secure.

It was tired. Beds were uncomfortable, so we didn’t get a good nights sleep. Sofas and blinds need replacing. The office block opposite could see in.

Great apartment, great location!

Proximity to the train station and bus stops. The shopping mall was very close by as well for food items etc. The apartment was clean, well furnished and comfortable. We had no issue collecting the keys as per the directions in the email sent by the management company.

It wasnt clear (no notices or instructions) on how to put the heating on so when we arrived the first evening we were quite cold. I rang the Firoz Management company office the following morning and spoke to a very helpful lady who talked us through how to turn the heating on. We found though that it took quite a while for the heat to come through in the radiators, and when it did, the radiators did not get that warm. However, the weather wasnt that cold so we were ok but it might be an issue if someone was staying in the apartment in very cold weather.

Comfortable and good central location

Nice and clean and comfortable. Spacious bedrooms snd bathrooms.

There weren't any details about setting or adjusting the heating and boiler so we didn't have hot water in the morning. We did manage to sort it out though.

Beautiful, luxury apartment in the ideal location for theatre digs

gorgeous spec on the property, excellent location, very attentive staff on hand via WhatsApp

we had a bit of trouble with the tv and the remote

Very good

spacious, comfortable, clean

we had no hot water for the first two days as the boiler was off! we had to search for the boiler ourselves to turn on

Could have been brilliant but let down by poor management of both the booking service and the state

Location was good in a modern block with good parking access

Process of authorising damage deposit was very confusing and didn't work despite multiple emails. In the end I had to call the service agent to get the deposit authorised against my card and receive joining instructions at the last minute. The apartment had badly stained carpets, broken kitchen appliances and a clapped-out sofa suite. This meant I had to take photos and email them to the service agent to prove the apartment state

Very good

It was really close to the centre, with everything that you needed

They tried to take my deposit twice and when we advised them that there was no remote for the TV we didn't hear from them for the two day duration we were staying

Good location, but could be improved easily

Property is well located within easy walking distance of the town center, and also close to the main ring road in Basingstoke so getting about is good. Key pickup was simple, and support from the managing company via phone was good.

The apartment is generally a bit flimsy. A lot of the fixtures and fittings are quite cheaply put together, and also a lot of the furniture doesn't seem very solid. By far the biggest issue though was the curtains. They were so thin and light, that they didn't block out any light. So by 05:00 the bedrooms were completely flooded with sunlight. Not good if you want to have any kind of sleep.

A good flat in a perfect location for town but let down by standard of equipment and cleanliness

The location and the view from the kitchen

Rather worn furnishings and poorly equipped, not enough cutlery or plates and bowls. Full complaint already sent to property managers but not having a working smoke detector was a worry.

Pleasant

Clean apart from a few stains on carpets but well stocked on cleaning products.

It was extremely hot no air at all. It really needs some air con or fans.

Lovely apartment but not worth the hassle from the host.

Host was rude and did not obey any social distancing rules. After staying he sent me pictures of a dirty mug in the sink and makeup wipe on the side and other similar things and said i would have to pay for the "extra time" needed to clean although i assumed they should have been doing a deep clean after every stay. Dirty towels and sheets were also left in the property. Lovely apartment but not worth the hassle.
