The accomodation was perfect - clean, spacy, with all needed equipment for family stay. Quiet neibourhoood.
Located very near to the train station Bari Centrale and Lidl store.
The only negative feature was the fact that the host was asking for pre-payment of city tax online, a day before our arrival. It was not stated upfront anywhere, and only beacause I approached him for studio check-in details and keys, he wanted me to pay the tax via IBAN/Paypall. Very unpleasant, since it was the day before arrival and we were already travelling and this was not convinient at all. Not to mention he wanted double of what Booking have calculated as city tax. We paid as this was the only way to obtain the key PIN.

We really liked the location of the apartment. The apartment is very spacious and has two balconies. There is a fan in every room, which is very convenient.
Just a small tip: don’t use more than two air conditioners at the same time, as it may trip the electricity. But it’s not a big problem – you can easily switch it back on on the ground floor.
The apartment has everything you might need during your stay. There are also two bathrooms and a lift in the building.
I would suggest improving the communication with guests. If I hadn’t kept asking and messaging about the city tax, I’m not sure when I would have found out how and when to pay it.
I recommend paying the city tax via PayPal as early as possible, so you can get in touch with the hosts on WhatsApp and receive the entrance code in good time.
Also, if you message them and don’t get a quick response, don’t worry – they will reply, but it may take around 3–5 hours. In my case, I arrived at the airport and only received the check-in instructions just as I was boarding the plane, very close to the check-in time.
A faster response and earlier check-in instructions would definitely improve the experience. Other than that, everything was good.

Дуже зручні ліжка.
Дууууже пізнє заселення. (Поради нижче). Нам прийшлось чекати під дверима цілу годину. А це вже була, на секундочку, 19:00!!! Ми не могли ні лишити речі, ні переодягтися. Господарі помешкання лишили нас можливості дослідити місто Барі. Хоча на це у нас було тільки півдня. Вони спотворили нам все враження про місто. При цьому ми почули купу невдоволення, коли попросили дати нам додаткових 30 хв на збори, бо ми трішки проспали після такої "гостинності".
Порада гостям - обов'язково зв'яжіться з господарем до бронювання і переконайтесь, що вона виконує свої функції вчасно. Не сподівайтеся на підтвердження в Booking.
