Bien situé avec Boulangerie/Patisserie en face et une épicerie ouverte tard le soir à 50 m. Le centre ville et la cathédrale sont à 20/25 mn à pied. Facilité de communication avec le proprio et autonomie pour rentrer dans les lieux avec codes. Parking gratuit à proximité de la Basilique St Rémi à 100 m.

Vieille batisse avec le charme et les inconvenients qui viennent avec. Quiproquo avec le proprio qui voulait comptabiliser une ado de 14 ans comme adulte alors que sa fiche booking indiquait que cela n'était applicable qu'à partir de 18 ans. Apparemment il s'agissait d'un bug et il a accepté sa responsabilité.

La situation géographique. On est proche du canal pour aller courir c’est bien. Restos, épicerie, boulangerie à proximité

Manque peut-être un lave vaisselle.

Two flights of steel stairs to walk up with heavy bags. Dennis assisted which was great!

Value for money, suited our party of 2 adults and 3 teens. Clean and super helpful staff.

Free parking easy to find in the area. Just over 1.4km from the centre, a nice walk or easily reachable with multiple and very frequent buses. Great air conditioning unit for those two days in which temperatures went up above 32 degree Celsius. A comfortable bed.

Expired coffee and old food in the cupboards. A filter coffee not removed from the machine. A bit noisy in the early morning due to commercial activities opposite the property. Small toilet.
