About this house rental
Nestled in Brevard, this charming house for $171 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Greatest house ever... Two level home is the perfect location for your Brevard stay! A short walk downtown or to the Lumberyard District gets you to shops, live music and restaurants. The Brevard Music Center and Bracken Mountain are right up the hill, and bikers, hikers and runners will love the location right in between Pisgah and DuPont-- trails for days! Ride right from the house to Bracken Mountain in 5 min! Ride to Pisgah forest and breweries on the Greenway right from the house! What? Yes, that is what we said. Walk a few blocks to the Lumberyard district which includes a brewery, restaurants and our favorite bike shop. The front porch is perfect for your morning coffee and evening beverages. The kitchen is set with all the things you need including Alexa, there is WI-FI, smart TVs(Netflix, Youtube TV and Amazon Prime) and a washer and dryer. Perfect storage for mountain bikes and gear and a bike wash station. Need a little separation? Kids or mom and dad driving you nuts? That’s ok, we designed the house with this in mind. Downstairs is newly renovated with great area for watching TV and movies and a bedroom and full bath. Please note we do have external security cameras(outside) to assist with check in if needed and secure our home if we are not there. We deactivate during your stay. This home is great, the patio wonderful to enjoy. However, it is not a place to host a big party. We hope you enjoy it as much as our family does and create wonderful memories with your family and friends!

This lovely home has a "cottage" feel to it with bead board throughout and lovely wood floors. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked both with pots, pans, baking dishes, lots of plates and bowls, as well as with spices, sugar, cooking oil, etc. They even provided a basket of assorted treats for us. The lower level stays a little cool so, in the winter, warm pajamas are a good idea.Be prepared, there was a dresser but no place to hang clothes in the master bedroom; a closet but no dresser in the other first floor bedroom --but we loved the house so much, we didn't really mind.

The location was perfect for us. We were attending a daughter's wedding and her home is nearby. The wedding was actually in Cedar Mt. but everything else we needed or attended was in Brevard. My husband and I only had one additional family member, an adult son who flew in from Portland. The home is well furnished, comfortable and definitely has character. It was clean, quiet, and met our needs. I love the cute and comfortable front porch.

We had a great time staying at 100 Thomas street in brevard. Jason and Lisa were extremely helpful before and during our stay. We walked to downtown brevard and had quick commutes to mountain bike trails. We look forward to staying here again next year!

It was one of the best properties we have stayed at. It had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The host was very prompt on answering our text about being able to checkin a little early. Great place and excellent location.

Communication with the host was excellent and quick (practically instant). Within walking distance from downtown. I especially appreciated the features for mountain bikers; wash station, secure storage, and even a work bench and tools if needed. Also, it was better stocked compared to most places I have stayed and provides everything you need to cook meals. Beds were also much more comfortable compared to most other places we have stayed. We will be back!

This adorable, clean cottage is conveniently located near downtown Brevard and central to outdoor activities in Pisgah, Dupont Forest, and surrounding areas. There is so much to do, we definitely want to come back!

The property was all we had hoped it would be for our mini-family reunion. It's in a lovely part of town, convenient to town central, and was just lovely. Furnishings were perfect, appliances modern, and just very homey. My sister lives in Brevard, and highly recommends the area as quiet, safe of course, and surrounded by charming Old Brevard homes. Best VRBO we've stayed in in the last decade.
The hosts are responsive, cordial, full of good local suggestions.

Great house and location
The house had everything you could possibly need, plus extras especially in the kitchen-nothing was overlooked. It also had enough space for the five of us to hang out, but also have privacy. The location is excellent-a very short walk into town and the Brevard Music Center and w/in 30 minutes from Gorges, Pisgah and Dupont. I would recommend staying here and would come back.

The owners have thought of everything---we came prepared with everything and found ample amounts of extras just in case we forgot something; even then, the grocery store is within 2 miles. I have not a single complaint about this property or the owners; everything exceeded expectations.

Terrific Cozy Cottage in Brevard
The cottage was perfect for our visit. In this case it was my husband and myself, but there was plenty of room to spread out if others had visited us (a second bedroom on the main floor. The downstairs had a really nice bedroom, bath and den area as well as couch, fireplace and TV. ) We especially liked the Master Bedroom on the main floor. The front porch is quaint and welcoming. The house is very well done with nice touches for guests. The kitchen has all one needs for cooking and a gas range. The owners have made it easy for visitors to feel welcome and have space to unpack to settle in whether for a few days or longer. We spent 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed the cottage. Plus it is convenient to town - while we didn't walk to town, it would be easy to do. We did walk to the Lumberyard for a lunch and dinner. Parking is simple with the u-shaped drive way. We were thrilled to see the white squirrels in the yard. Overall it was a terrific stay for us.

This was our first experience with Vrbo and this house far exceeded our expectations! It was so comfortable and gave the 7 of us plenty of room to spread out. The front porch was lovely for morning coffee and it was fabulous having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. It was easy to walk downtown for shopping and ice cream. We would certainly stay again!
