I like the hotel very much. The room is the one I booked as the pictures and describtion on booking.com, good location (8 minutes of walking from the train station) , clean room, very good free breakfast, good internet sevice, friendly and helpful the front and cleaning staff. Very good. Just hope the hotel can put the walking route map from Ulaanbaatar train station to the hotel to benifit those guests who like to walk with light luggage.

The room was fine. The outlets weren't very accessible for charging, which wasn't helpful after a long trip and needing to recharge our gear. The fancy bidet was a treat, and the luscious hot shower was fabulous. We almost changed our next booking to this place because of the shower and bidet, but decided to keep the other because we were traveling to experience different places. If we returned, we would check this place out again and stay more than a night.
The outlets were a hassle. We had to unplug the teapot and TV, then put our phones, chargers, etc., under the TV shelf to charge. It was a bit of a nuisance. It's not a deal-breaker, just a bit tedious.

The rooms had unique decorations and was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, polite & helpful. Mrs Duka was of great help in fine tuning the details of my stay. Her professionalism and genuine dedication were outstanding.
No laundry service.

The shower was great.
Super noisy neighbours, the bed is hard. The rooms wasn't ready on time and when it was, half of the amenities had been replaced (1 mug for a room for 2).
The toilets is almost touching the wall so you sit sideways.
Breakfast is sad and not super fresh.
Plugs almost dangling from the walls.
