Overall 3-4/5 stars- this was a great stay for what we needed! Location was perfect, felt safe, plenty of sleeping space! The house was a bit warm, one bedroom had a small AC unit that worked great, fans only elsewhere and it was quite hot, but given the age of the home (which had very cute charm!) I think this is expected! Beds, linens and provided towels were clean, but some areas lacking in the cleanliness department. For example: Used towels left hanging on hooks in one bedroom, old kitchen sponge provided to wash dishes (no dishwasher- also fine) but quite smelly, quite a few ants roaming about. We stayed one night and again, it was great for what we needed, as we weren’t there for much other than a bathroom and place to sleep for an event near by, but likely wouldn’t want to stay more than a couple nights here unfortunately. Provided amenities were a nice touch (shampoo/conditioner, coffee, sugar, tea). Host was friendly and check in/out was a breeze! Appreciated the off street parking, but warning- the shared drive access is extremely NARROW. We barely fit through in our standard sedan and still even hit our mirror on the way out, our fault, but just a heads up!!

Great location, very spacious apartment.

The property was fine. A few things that I have gotten used to having (garbage disposal, larger TV, more than 1 bathroom) weren’t there. I have never stayed in an older house. We adjusted just fine though. Remarkable woodworking in the floors and furniture. Only suggestions would be more cookware and a larger pot. I would also place a Kuerig coffee pot. Overall, very pleased except for the parking accommodations (not good).

Blankets and sheets were not clean. Kitchen was dirty and we had to watch the counters too. Shower is a suggestion with the water pressure being so minimal.
