The Beach House, located gulf front on Indian Pass, is a perfect place for you to reach that sense of peace, serenity and relaxation. A single family home, this property is situated all on one level and features a screened deck that stretches across the entire width of the home. An outdoor dining space is available for your evening meals watching the sunset.
There are views from nearly every room inside and there’s no better place to enjoy the breeze than on that screened deck. The Beach House is a wonderful gathering place for your family with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and an open floor plan. It is also located near the Indian Pass boat ramp and the ever-popular Indian Pass Raw Bar. With equal distance to Port St. Joe and Apalachicola, shopping and dining are just a short drive away while the peaceful Indian Pass Beach is just outside your doorstep.
Floor Plan: Ground level-covered, paved parking with plenty of room under house for cars or a gathering. 1st level-gulf front living room with TV and DVD/VCR player, dining and kitchen with laundry closet; Bedroom 1 – gulf front master bedroom with king bed, access to screened deck, TV and full bath with double vanities and shower/tub combo; Bedroom 2 – 2 twins; full bath and Bedroom 3 – gulf front bedroom with queen bed and access to screened deck. *We LOVE Snowbirds! Low Monthly Winter Rates* Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. We found The Beach House to be all that it was advertised to be and more! Easy, keyless entry. It met all our expectations. We chose it partly because it is located on a family friendly, non-touristy, pristine beach that has a feeling of remoteness, and because you just step out of the house and on to the beach access. Perfectly convenient. The ocean views are gorgeous and seen throughout the rooms. The porch is wonderful for early morning breakfasts and late evening dinners, as well as afternoon siestas, beach gazing or book reading. The house is comfortable and supplies all you can need. Our only recommendation would be to supply more silverware, but we supplemented with plasticware. The WiFi works well. I don’t watch tv, but my husband mentioned he missed his Fox News, unavailable on the cable service provided. We read a lot! We enjoyed a nice boating excursion with Salty Fish Excursions, daily walks on the beach and sunset viewing nightly, as well as beachcombing, exploring and sunning on the quiet beach. The beach gear credit- such a nice surprise- was handy for beach chairs and bikes. The neighborhood makes a pleasant biking spot and there are bike lanes on the main road outside the neighborhood, as well. It was interesting to explore Port St Joe’s & Appalachicola’s downtown areas within a short drive either direction. Plenty of eating places in both locations, though we mostly ate at home enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.I would choose this VRBO again and again!

The amenities were good, we went without internet for 3 days before a work around was found. Also there were no grill or booster chair for toddler.

Very good location, with pleasant a view. It’s set in a peaceful surrounding neighborhood just outside the city. We had a great stay. Some attributes of the house are a bit dated. But all in all, it’s a beach house. And we had a wonderful stay.
