We were very appreciative of Brian, the gentleman who staffs the reception desk. He was very welcoming and helpful. During our four day stay, he offered us information on the history of the hotel and helped us plan some wonderful activities in and around Copenhagen. Thanks to his help, we were we were able to navigate the trains to go to Klampenborg where we had a totally amazing day bicycling in the Jaegersborg Dyrehave. We also loved that the hotel was within a short walk from the train station. The breakfasts were wonderful!

The location, the look of an old building
Facilities. Coffee table and chair are wobbly. Water pressure is weak and in the morning is not warm enough to have shower.

The hotel has lots of character and is ideally situated to explore Copenhagen. The Tivoli gardens are only a short walk away. The car parking is very valuable. The receptionist was extremely helpful and booked us a good restaurant for the evening.
Unless you use your Satnav finding it could be a problem

Too crowded although quality was decent.
Staff forgot to clean our room for a day. We only got fresh towel for 1 out of 2 persons. Coffee was not refilled in the room.
