Allegheny Springs is located in the heart of the mountaintop Village and next to Ballhooter Lift. It is a favorite Snowshoe lodging option. It is just steps from restaurants, shopping, and the mountain activities. It has a connected restaurant/bar and Starbucks is next door. It offers full service check-in, concierge and valet as you settle in and relax in the hearthroom with beautiful fireplaces, library and cozy sitting area. Complete with ski storage, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center. Allegheny Springs is the only complex in the Village that has a private pool. This one bedroom condo is located on the 3rd floor. The condo has amazing slope-side views from the living room and the bedroom. This condo has a full kitchen, fireplace, and a balcony. ***Looking for an additional room? We have another unit at Allegheny Springs (Property ID 1489283). This unit is a one bedroom as well but just has one queen bed - sleeps up to 4 with sleeper sofa. This unit has a rental history so you can see reviews we were given. The current listing you are on is a new purchase and this will be the first winter it is on VRBO.***

Once again, Allegheny Springs is the best location at Snowshoe. Condo was the perfect size for my family of 5.

Overall the location was AMAZING. It was our first time to snowshoe, skiing was great well worth the 6 hour drive fm NC. 110¾tter than Beech or Sugar.
We would have liked to been able to grill out..also the tv in the bedroom didn’t work. The property was great, we just don’t enjoy the hotel type lodging, the ski lockers were a walk fm the condo and you couldn’t bring them up to the condo. You’re right in the village so location was perfect. Amazed how nothing was pet friendly but there were so many dogs.

We have stayed in Allegheny Springs many times, but booked this particular room so we could have two comfy queens beds instead of someone sleeping on the sofa bed. The beds were great! We enjoyed the view of the Ballhooter lift when we weren’t on the slopes. And the usual Allegheny Springs amenities (heated pool, two big hot tubs, ski in/out, right in the village, great staff on site) never disappoints! Great stay!

Easy check-in and great location. Cozy and clean room, no frills. Good beds and shower. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Hot tubs were hot and everything was in good working order.

We had a lovely stay at Nicole's Snowshoe condo, only steps away from the Ballhooter lift! The beds and linens were very comfortable and the towels were plentiful. This was a cozy and perfect place for our 3-night family ski getaway. We'd love to stay here again!

This is the perfect place for our family of 4. Easy access to lifts, ski rental, parking and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Stayed 4 nights with wife and 2 teenage kids....it was perfect. Centrally located in the Village, balcony and windows directly overlooking Ballhooter lift, so in addition to a cool view of the mountains you could kick back and watch the show as skiers glided or ctashed off the lift. Could be a little tight for 4 if you plan on just laying around together the whole time. But if you are there to enjoy Snowshoe and the Village this is perfect. Communication with owners was excellent. Hope to return to THIS unit again next year!

We had a fantastic first trip to Snowshoe and Allegheny Springs! The condo was awesome. We were even able to check-in early which was wonderful after being on the road since 5am! Thanks for that Nicole!! This condo has all the necessities and is close to everything. The view is beautiful! We went down three flights and were at the ballhooter lift or the village or the heated pool and 2 hot tubs and don't forget the Sauna! I enjoyed the lodge fireplaces and Christmas trees. Just a couple tips. Preplan your meals and beverages! Take all the groceries to prepare some meals in the room or make reservations! We were there on "off-days" and the waits were 1-2 hours. The food and service were great once seated, though. Everyone enjoyed the skiing. Make sure to reserve your rentals in advance and get your pass. The ski lockers were easily accessible and held all our gear. The drive up to the resort was not my favorite but they did a great job with sand and salt on the roads. We had flurries our entire 7hr trip. But the fresh snow sure did make for some amazing scenery!! Loved it and cant wait to go back!

Fabulous condo in fabulous location
In the village Square! Perfect location at top of mountain. Great for summer fun or skiing. Excited to stay again as everything was spot on and we had great time with smooth and easy check in and check out. Host was responsive and provided clear instructions for everything. Loved our stay.
