Experience the mountains in style and comfort with this newly remodeled townhome featuring two separate living areas with comfortable sectional sofas and large flatscreen Smart TVs, numerous windows allowing for plenty of light and great views, and a six-person private hot tub, the perfect way to spend an evening after a day on the slopes. Enjoy an afternoon lounging on the huge wraparound deck, light the gas grill, and take in the jaw-dropping mountain views as everyone enjoys a grilled meal in the outdoor dining area. Turn on the gas fireplace and finish the night catching a movie on one of the four flatscreen Smart TVs (Roku, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV available). Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and shower/bath combo. Bedroom layouts are as follows: Bedroom 1: 1 King Bedroom 2: 1 King Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Three separate Nest thermostats keep your group comfortable on each level of the home and a private full-size washer and dryer are also available. The one-car garage will keep your vehicle warm and dry and the attached heated mudroom will stow all of your boots and skiwear conveniently out of the way. This home has everything you need for an unforgettable mountain stay! What's nearby: The location of this home boasts convenience, being just a short drive away to numerous local attractions. Just over two miles and you can spend an afternoon shopping at the Silverthorne Outlets and finish the day off walking along the Blue River, a favorite spot for fly fishing. There are a number of hiking and biking trails just steps from your door and you will have access to five ski resorts within 30 minutes. The Dillon Marina and amphitheater is less than four miles away where you can rent a sailboat, kayak, paddleboard, or catch a weekend concert or movie. You are also a short five-minute walk to the free Summit County shuttle bus stop. There is a grocery store ten minutes away. Uber is also available depending on demand. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We chose this condo for the location. We wanted easy access to multiple ski locations, and this was it. The condo was very clean, in good shape as well for how old it is. We stayed over Christmas so I had some concerns for how festive it would feel & whether the kitchen was stocked well enough to have a proper Christmas dinner. I reached out weeks early & was told that no, there would not be Christmas decorations & that you should bring any favorite cooking pans you may need. We flew in from Florida, so not an option. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find the condo was slightly decorated for Christmas! More importantly, I was thrilled at how stocked the kitchen was! Everything you could possibly need is there. Overview; Several pan sizes, including a deep stock pot, baking pans for cakes & cookies, a crock pot, plastic food storage, grill supplies, glass bake ware for casseroles, bowls, glasses, plates and eating utensils, even wine glasses. I mean it just keeps going! It was great to have a garage to park in as it did snow several days we were there. I wish there was a garage code or opener supplied. Made it difficult when leaving as someone had to stay in the house, close the garage, lock up the house & walk around to waiting vehicle. Then upon arriving again, you had to do the same thing. During winter this is not fun. The only other tiny thing is the extra linens supplied were amazing but could use a good cleaning. We will stay here again & you should to!

Love that it is a family second home. Does not feel sterilized and void like a business. Would love to stay here again. Heated garage was so nice to come back home to. Hot tub worked well. Little boy next door engaged in a fun snowball toss.

The house is as advertised and easy to access. Fit our 6 adults well with enough privacy and seating and entertainment space. Kitchen is efficient and has all the basics. We enjoyed it and would return

We were a group of 5 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The place is cozy and the finishes are all very high end! The kids stayed downstairs and loved the privacy of the second living room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The fireplace was great and the living room area was lovely for everyone to get together after a long day of skiing. It has plenty of room for 2-3 families!

The home in general was satisfactory, but there were two big problems. First, there was a plumbing leak from a cut hole in the ceiling of the lower living area with water dripping into a pot on the floor. Second, the hot tub was not ready to use. It was cloudy and there was no chlorine in the floater. This home was not ready to occupy. I contacted the local rep of Vercasa, and the hot tub was cleaned, but we lost two days of use. The plumbing leak was not fixed while we were there. I left two days early and have requested a credit, but no one has responded to my request. Very dissatisfied!

Spent a weekend with family and the home fit our needs. We had a small emergency upon arrival with a water leak in the basement ceiling. It was a holiday weekend, and we did contact Vacasa, but no one came to even check it out. We managed to figure out the powder room bath was causing the leak, so we stopped using the main floor bathroom. I know things happen, but it was a hardship on my dear MIL who had to climb stairs more often for the bathroom. I know weekend service is hard to come by, but follow-up with management company would have been nice.
The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and was fully stocked with dishes, games, extra pillows, ect. Hot tub was lovely! More washcloths would have been nice. We counted a total of 3 in the entire house. Overall a good experience with only a minor emergency incident.

This house was off the main road in a cul-de-sac. Being off the main road we had very little traffic going past the house. The floor plan was great each bedroom had their own attached bathroom. Very wide open and spacious main area. Hot tub was large and worked great. Only thing we could have used that was not provided or we did not find is an electric griddle. The down falls were we had 6 adults for 3 days in this house. When we checked in the only toilet paper was on the holders. By the second day we were sharing a roll from the 1/2 bath. Could not find any extras anywhere. Also only one roll of paper towels. We ended up running to town to purchase more.

TVs and internet all worked great, and the fireplace on the main level puts out a ton of heat. It looks like there are some great hiking spots nearby. Come to think of it, might have to come back when the weather is warm to see what else the surrounding area has to offer...

We had two families stay here and there was plenty of room for everyone. Loved the two levels of living space. Our only complaint was with the hot tub. We had quite a few problems getting it to heat up. We called maintenance and they were super responsive and came out the next day. There’s a great sled hill behind the house that the kids loved.

We had an absolutely fabulous week at this place! It was the perfect size for us and our two adult kids and their families. The house was clean and well stocked. There were even plenty of washcloths ( a pet peeve of mine!) The close proximity to town served us well whenever we wanted to go do some exploring, but we enjoyed staying in by the fire and watching the snow too.

Home was excellent in most every way. Significant updates were evident and layout was excellent except the steep stairs were a bit challenging. Microwave stopped heating the last day we were there. We will consider this home for our 40th family ski vacation.

We loved this home for our family ski trip! Plenty of space to snuggle up and watch movies and great kitchen and eating space. Comfortable beds with plenty of extra pillows and blankets too! We loved the convenience to shopping as well as the manageable drive to both Keystone and Breckenridge. When our flight was cancelled, it was very easy to extend our stay one more night. I highly recommend this rental!

I could not wait to review this place! If you are looking for the perfect place to stay with your family then do not look anywhere else. It was so clean with everything you would need. The location was perfect and the hot tub was a plus! I can not say enough about this place. We will definitely stay here the next time we go to Colorado!
