Nestled in Oklahoma, this charming condo for $89 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The Buffalo Point Hideaway is a unique space with a farmhouse feel. You are practically on college campus, walking to any sporting event is no problem. Not far from downtown square, and a 10 minute drive to Palo Duro Canyon. Palo Duro Canyon offers hiking, zip lining, horseback riding, the play Texas, and a multitude of other activities. The Buffalo Point Hideaway Includes Wifi, Direct TV with 155 + channels, Netflix, Hulu, and many other streaming programs with your username and password. The space This unique space is great for anybody especially family traveling to any college sporting event or activity. This space has plenty of room for activities or a simple relaxing weekend. Included are 2 spacious bedrooms. A living room which is equipped with a sofa bed creating additional bedding for more guests. I have added a kitchen table for any plans of cooking or community. Truly I could talk about this all day, but in all I believe I have added many touches that make the Buffalo Point Hideaway feel like home. Enjoy! Guest access Guests are allowed access to any part of the Unit A space and Laundry room area located on the south end of the building. This bottom-level apartment is on WTAMU campus and was great for our daughter's family weekend. She was able to walk to the apartment from her dorm. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was comfortable and very clean.

The property was extremely convenient, clean and cozy. The only issue was the party upstairs one of the nights we stayed. The hostess was fantastic, but that is the risk you run in a garden level apartment. Definitely would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cute condo/apt. It was very spacious and well kept. Very comfortable furniture as well. Really enjoyed the location being so close to West TX A & M stadium. We were able to just walk over to see our son for DCI performance. Also the university has a great Rec Center with a pool and rock climbing wall which you can get a day pass for. It was a great stay! Thank you!

Everything was great, owner was fantastic... just won't stay here again because of the upstairs residents up until 3 AM and the floors do not block much sound of them or animals running around. No fault of the owner and i don't even think the upstairs residents were loud... the sound just carried easily through the floor.

The space was clean, neat and well decorated. However, the bed in the room closest to door was so uncomfortable - worn out, squeaky and caused couple to fall into middle. So bad that one person had to sleep on sofa. Not the owners fault but the upstairs tenants were extremely loud until 3am - and we noticed that this was a frequent complaint in comments book leading us to think they were permanent tenants. No one got any sleep and we were very disappointed. Will not stay here again unless beds were replaced and noisy tenants moved away.

Great location right behind Cross Dorm at WTAMU. Wish I had used this for the last 4 years my daughter was in college! Property was nice, clean and well laid out. Highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable accommodations, conveniently located to Canyon restaurants. The host was very thoughtful in providing coffee, snacks and bottled water, although we did bring additional supplies.

This apartment was very conveniently located near the areas we visited over Spring Break (Amarillo-20 minutes, Palo Duro Canyon-15 minutes and Caprock Canyon-~1 hour). There were three in our group, two adults and a teenager, who was thrilled to have his own bedroom (vs. sharing a hotel room with mom and dad). The owner was very easy to communicate with, and we appreciated little extras such as coffee pods for the Keurig and a small basket of water and snacks. It was nice to have the small kitchen and dining table. Laundry facilities are located at the end of the building-very nice to have access to after a muddy day of hiking. The property is right next to the college campus, so we were able to explore a bit on our daily walks, and even came across a Lady Buff’s softball game in progress. The apartment is small, but not too small. That being said, you can hear every noise in the next room. That wasn’t a problem for us, just something to note. This is a ground floor unit and we had no issues with loud neighbors at all. A lamp in the living room area would be the only thing I could think of that might be useful to have. The town of Canyon is small and charming. We visited the Prairie Museum and Creek House Honey Farm (great selection of bath, body and home products. The Honey Buzz winery also serves wonderful food and their Mead is so delicious we brought some home with us) , as well as Best Thai, Pepitos and Buff’s Burgers. Overall a great rental and we will rent again on our next trip!

Place had everything needed for a week while I was working at WT. Much better than any hotel. Quiet, clean, and I cooked my own meals. Kelby was easy to communicate with too!

Very cute and clean apartment. It was perfect for myself and a friend and both our dogs. The apartment is very cozy. There is plenty of room even with the two bedrooms. Love the location to Palo Duro Canyon. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

This property was conveniently located close to downtown Canyon and only 15 minutes from Palo Dura Canyon. Clean and comfortable with a very responsive host. The apartment was a good value for a quick weekend hiking trip. The provided snacks and coffee were a nice bonus.

So easy and location was perfect. My daughter is an incoming 2023 freshman and we came up for a visit with another mom/ daughter. Both girls will be student athletes and this VRBO is perfect for family visits or parents moving kiddos in and out of WT. Kelby was awesome to work with and very sweet and kind. This is a gem location.

So convenient for this WTAMU Mom. I was right behind my daughter's dorm and it was so convenient for her to walk over when she had a chance. She is in the marching band so weekends are hectic for her. We just love Canyon and all the unique shops and restaurants. I will be wanting to stay here again!
