What's nearby: This rental is only three miles down 302 from the 68 trails spread over 311 acres at Attitash. If you need even more winter fun, Cranmore is only seven miles away and has 1200 vertical feet for you to shred on, glide over, or jump around. This location is also fantastic for summertime getaways where you can race down the mountain on the Alpine slide or soar across the treetops on a two-hour zipline tour. If you'd like to dine out, this home is just a few blocks from Margarita Grill, Vintage Baking Company, and Red Parka Steakhouse. And in warm weather, play the par three course at Linderhorf Country Club just a mile-and-a-half away. It was very clean and pretty much right across the street from the campground our family was at, so it couldn’t have been more convenient for us. The A/C worked great as it was very hot out and it was nice to come back to a nice cool house. Although we didn’t really eat there, there were plenty of dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. All the appliances were new and having a washer and dryer were fantastic for wet clothes. They had a coffee pot and Kuereg and a great selection of K-cups too. Plenty of towels and extra linens. It was in good location for seeing all the sights. It has a nice big yard and driveway too. Overall I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in that area.

Great location (proximity to mountains and downtown North Conway). Dog-friendly and super clean, which can be tough to find in a rental. The grill outside was a nice bonus to be able to make some burgers. Overall, a great stay.

very cool house, there is everything you need, coffee, tea, sugar, various spices for cooking, gas grill. 4 minutes attache ski resort and wildcat 18 minutes, 2 minutes bakery, 2 minutes grocery store and ski rental. Will definitely rent in the future

This home was perfect for a small trip for a family of 4! Great location, only 15 mins from shopping outlets. It is on a main road but that’s okay with me because we’re a city family, just keep the kiddos in the back yard and you’ll be fine. Looking forward to future trips back here!

A nice, clean home that’s close to town while still having a private feel. Perfect set up for my family of 4, (that includes a toddler!). The only downside is it’s on a very busy main road so it’s load and bright at night. But really no complaints ! Would definitely stay again.

This was my first experience with renting a home through these sites. I was very pleased. It was clean and the kitchen had all the things I needed to make meals. Best part? They had dog bowls, leashes and things needed to clean up after my pup. I’d definitely come back!

It's a great location; very close to all the things we wanted to do. You can avoid all that traffic into town. Didn't mind the main road, just keep kids and dogs in the back. Very clean. One of the better homes we've stayed in in the area.

The place was neat and comfy. Its located close to most attractions. Someone reached out via text message to welcome us and was available if needed. Answered my questions immediately. The only negative was there was no info on how to use the TV and TV services and no info on area attractions, restaurants etc. This would have been helpful especially being first time in this area. We found info down the road in visitor center finally.

The property location was great for us. The property itself is renovated and comfortable. We had a few issues with cleanliness (stains on pull out sofa mattress pad and dogs fur found throughout property) that we reached out to the property manager in which they said the local property management team would get back to us and we haven’t heard a word. Disappointed with VRBO and their lack of communication but nice property.

I don’t know what happened between the last reviews and my stay but I see it has been some months since a review has been left so maybe something changed. Unfortunately I can only speak on my stay, I don’t know if it was a mistake or happens often but when I went to go to sleep during my stay I turned down the bed to find the sheets covered in black hairs from top to bottom (most likely pet hair I assume) as well as long human hair all over the top of the sheets and pillows and stains one of which looked like a blood stain on one of the pillow cases. I have never been one to leave a negative review. I have stayed in many rental properties before and bring my dogs as well so I am certainly not the type to expect a white glove inspection cleaning. But I do expect the sheets to be washed between guests. There was absolutely no way the sheets on the bed had been washed. I did not sleep in the bed during my short two night stay as I felt that was completely unsanitary. I ended up sleeping upright on the couch. Aside from that the house was easy to find right off Route 302 (Main Rd (noisy from living room if sleeping there)). Plenty of backyard space to stay away from the road when walking dogs. Minutes to North Conway where we spent most of our time. Just some feedback…The lights in living room kept turning off so we just gave up and ended up sitting in the dark watching tv at night. There was no information provided with area attractions/restaurants menus, all other rentals I have stayed in have always provided informational binders or such about the area. (Of course everyone has cell phones but it always helps to have visuals and references/ or recommendations.) Lastly, the instructions/emails from Vrbo/ and Vacasa were a bit conflicting/confusing. I booked through Vrbo so was confused to be getting emails from Vacasa and having to finalize booking through their site and have to contact them through their 800 numbers with no luck. I’ve used Vrbo many times before and never dealt with that. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again based on my experience.

Mountain getaway
My husband, dog and I enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect. The space was big and open! Would defiantly go back again and maybe even bring friends. Our check in and check out was easy. All in all, great trip!

My husband, three kids, and I absolutely loved this property! The house was immaculately clean, which we really appreciated. I've never stayed in such a clean house, and we have rented a lot of properties. Everything seemed brand new. We knew the house was on the highway, and this wasn't a problem at all. We could barely hear the traffic from inside the house, and we loved the beautiful yard and picnic table in the back of the house. We ate dinner outside, which was lovely. We appreciated that everything that we needed was provided in the house. The check in and check out processes were simple and straightforward. The house is perfectly situated for our trips to Echo Lake, Diana's Baths, and Storyland. We will definitely be back!
