Nothing, it was faultless

very spacious apartment nice decor spotlessly clean The owner and staff were first class.View of the Irish sea was stunning. Car parking 50 yards away from and for those without transport the tram stopped right outside.

Location is very central. Nice sea views and easy to walk to restaurants nearby, also supermarket handy. The flat is very comfy and well kitted out , even has a washing machine and dishwasher which is rare for flats we have stayed in before.

The lift was not working quite right initially, though at the end of our stay it seemed to work ok. The flat was very hot on arrival but if we opened the windows at night we got disturbed by the road and trams.

Spacious, sea view, clean and warm. Great customer service and very good price. I would recommend this property.

Parking was limited, should have allocated parking to prioritise disabled guests.

Location perfect, just over the road to trams and buses, so easy to get into the heart of Blackpool, or any where else on route. The best self catering facility we have ever used. You only need to walk into your apartment to know why this venue has had so many awards.

The apartment was lovely as were the staff apart from the owners attitude.

On the 2nd night we couldn't get the heating on and also on the 3rd night so we called the landlord only to be questioned about why we needed it on and that no one else had asked and how long we would need it on for and that us "Scott's" are the only ones feeling cold. We were then told that a heater would be supplied because if the heating was turned on people on the other apartments would complain it was too warm. It was placed outside our room door without anyone notifying us it was there. I then saw a comment on booking.com advising us the heating was on a timer but at no point was our heating on. This accommodation wasn't exactly cheap and I don't think you should have to explain why you are feeling cold.
