The property is great and location to pool, beach and town made our stay wonderful

Excellent place. Great location. Off the beaten path but right in the middle of everything you could need. Contact from host was quick and timely. I missed an email so they texted to make sure I received the necessary info. Great service. Great beach. Comfortable beds. Don’t need much else for a great vacation.

If you are looking for amenities, parties and lots of people, this is not your spot. If you want peace and quiet, beautiful sunsets and moonsets, and a few great neighbors, this is perfect. The location is on the south end of 7 mile beach and within walking distance of downtown Georgetown, or you can take the bus. We walked to at least a 1/2 dozen restaurants without even getting on the public bus. It is just North of the main port and ships were in everyday- which was sort of neat to watch. Some cruisers do walk in front of the condo and snorkel but nothing in comparison to further up the beach. We stayed put here many days during our stay because it was so nice. We rented snorkel gear nearby and snorkeled right off the beach at CocoPlum near the shipwreck. We recommend this condo and location.

This place was perfect! We had 5 people in our group and the 2 bedrooms worked out really well for us. Beautiful views of the ocean, we were just steps away from the pool and the beach. The condo was in a small community so it was very relaxing and calm. We were also within walking distance of all of the larger hotels on 7 mile beach making it very convenient to walk to many different shops and restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, I had no complaints.
