Great value, convenient location for motorway travelling, comfortable & clean rooms
Can be a bit noisy in the main corridor

Ample free parking.
Late checkin available.
Very comfortable bed.
Kitchenette and fridge available in the room.
Good wifi.
Good shower.
Too much smoking going on right in front of the entrance. No way to enter or exit the building without having to walk through smoke.
Rooms have small maintenance issues that have to be addressed.
Would be more user friendly if payment was done through Booking.com while making the reservation and not afterwards, prevents not getting key collection details because of apparent payments not coming through.

Nice comfortable room with most of the facilities we needed. I would have to say a real benefit was to be able to do our washing and drying of clothes here for FREE. Real bonus. Close to cafe, supermarkets and petrol station.
Did not have a kettle but I used a saucepan to boil water.
