They thought of everything! So kind and helpful! Absolutely loved my stay here!
If I had to choose something maybe just that the tv froze a lot due to the connectivity.

The outside and foyer/communal areas are beautiful. The bedroom was a good size.
We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child but there was only 1 bed so we had a very uncomfortable night. There were no bedside tables so no-where for water or phones charging. No plug by kettle so had to move fridge and boil kettle on top of the fridge. Bathroom showered needs replacing as it fires water from all angles, black mould in the sealant around the basin. Reviews talked about great food but resturant and bar were shut (we arrived at 9pm). I think maybe this hotel is a city wellbeing retreat but this was not clear from the description.
