Nestled in Premantura, this attractive house for $506 per night is a great choice for your next break. With its convincingly comfortable furnishing style, Villa Belavista will also meet the needs of the most demanding guests. The beautiful view of the sea and the Cape Kamenjak nature park is simply breathtaking. On the ground floor there is a large, spacious living area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with a fireplace, a sauna with a private bathroom and the exit to the covered terrace with barbecue area and pool. All 8 bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and are equipped with air conditioning and an LCD TV. For all romantically minded people and those who just want to relax, there is a whirlpool in the outside of the villa. There is also a beautiful 50 m2 pool where you can swim or sunbathe all day. Next to the pool there is a covered terrace with a barbecue area, where you can enjoy the specialties from the grill and a good glass of wine with your close friends. Therefore, the entire property is fenced and closed, so those who appreciate peace and privacy will be fully satisfied Premantura offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. In order to promote their skills and strength there, it is not uncommon for professional athletes to choose Premantura as their holiday destination. Accordingly, the other visitors can also enjoy soccer, volleyball, horse riding, tennis, a variety of water sports (such as Windsurfing, kayaking u. a.) practice. The long coastline and an archipelago with small islands are perfect for discovering the most popular beach and for adventure trips by boat, which is by the way very cheap to rent. In the evening you can enjoy your refreshment in numerous restaurants, bars or pastry shops. But if you are a lover of nightlife, you will find suitable entertainment in the clubs or at events in the neighboring town of Pula.

Entspannter Urlaub

Wir haben einen sehr entspannten Urlaub im Bellavista verbracht. Das Objekt ist sehr ansprechend, großzügig und einheitlich eingerichtet. Jeder Raum verfügt über Klima, was sehr angenehm war. Die Matratzen haben ihren Zenit leider überschritten und ich würde empfehlen, diese für die nächste Saison auszuwechseln. Auch war es etwas nervig, dass nur ein Schlüssel zur Verfügung stand (bei so vielen Leuten im Haus kommt es nun mal vor, dass zwei Gruppen unterschiedliche Aktionen unternehmen). Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Housekeeping verlief zu jeder Zeit reibungslos und angenehm mit sehr schneller Rückmeldung und großer Hilfsbereitschaft (sowohl was das Haus als auch die Vermittlung eines Bootsverleihs betraf). Einzig der "Poolservice" hat unseres Erachtens nicht stattgefunden. Der sollte zwar immer mal wieder nachschauen bzw. -messen, was aber beim Whirlpool definitiv nicht stattgefunden hat und am Ende unserer Woche nicht gerade appetitlich war (man muss aber auch sagen: wenn wir uns diesbezüglich gemeldet hätten, wäre sicherlich innerhalb kurzer Zeit jemand gekommen. Ist im Urlaubsmodus untergegangen, aber man sagte uns halt auch, dass von sich aus jemand vorbeischauen wird). Diese kleinen Anmerkungen und auch die etwas spröde Lage (Wohngegend; deshalb nur 3 Sterne) trübten aber unseren Gesamteindruck nur unwesentlich und deshalb vergeben wir auch insgesamt 5 Sterne. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Urlaub mit 3 Familien, im Großen und Ganzem ist dieses Haus ok, es hat noch Luft auf 5 Sterne zu mekern: - Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein - Weg von Küche zu Terrasse ist sehr weit - Fitnessgeräte nicht wirklich nutzbar - Alarmanlage hat nicht funktioniert, sowie die Türsprechanlage... positiv: - Auto ist auch für Strand nicht dringend erforderlich - Pool und Whirlpool sind schön - gute Betten - in jedem Zimmer Dusche und Klima - da alles noch relativ neu ist passt es schon.....

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus,Aussenanlage,wie Garten und Pools ebenfalls gepflegt,die Zimmer und Bäder im guten Zustand, bemängeln gibts nur,das es am Pool nur 4 Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm gibt für ein Haus bis 14 Personen. Von Vorteil war noch der zweite Kühlschrank im Fitnessraum.

The villa is perfectly located within a very short walk of the main village and is on the edge of the Kamenjak park. The villa was spotless and well laid out. It matched the description on the website and we enjoyed using all the facilities including the hottub, sauna, air-hockey game and BBQ. Pool checked regularly. Air con throughout was essential in August! An excellent, value for money villa! The only downside was the number of sunbeds round the pool. A villa to sleep 14 really needs more than 8 beds; we asked if there were more and got an curt 'no!' Check out is 10am and not negotiable.

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung voll und ganz und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert und freundlich, die Antworten waren schnell und konkret. Die Villa war in einem guten und sauberen Zustand, allerdings haben wir zur Reinigung während unseres Aufenthaltes einen Staubsauger vermisst. Für Fragen und Empfehlungen stehen die Vermieter jederzeit zur Verfügung, sie zeigen großen Einsatz und kümmern sich! Der Pool und der Whirlpool werden regelmäßig kontrolliert und gereinigt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, total entspannt und erholt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!
