This rental includes a full kitchen, dining area, inviting living area, and a private, furnished balcony. Guests of this rental will also enjoy the shared, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, fitness center, and sauna, as well as easy access to the beautiful beach. What's nearby: Directly behind this complex lie the eight mile Little Lagoon waters. The Alabama Gulf State Park & Fishing Pier, Waterville USA, the Fort Morgan Historic Site, and the Track are all a short drive from this rental. Orange Beach Marina and Zeke's Marina (both within 12 miles of this rental) offer fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and watersport equipment rentals. When you want to grab a bite to eat, popular local restaurants include Picnic Beach, the Cove Bar and Grill, and Cactus Cantina. You'll also find plenty of boutique shopping at SanRoc Cay and the Wharf. This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The view is amazing. You can turn the recliner to look and find yourself not wanting to leave. The teeners had a blast! The beach access is literally across the street and down 3 houses. I’m an out of shape mom and made it with no problems. The biggest bummer was we didn’t book more days!!

Getting there and checking in was the easiest part! Upon entering and bringing our belongings in we noticed how the condo had not been cleaned. There was trash under both beds as well as behind them. Dishes had to be hand washed due to the amount of food that was left in them and put back into the cabinet. Floors will leave your feet black as night. No way they have been mopped in a very long time. We also noticed bugs in the corners of the walls in the bedrooms. It was a nice condo, but not worth the money spent seeing as how we ended up at Walmart buying cleaning supplies. All they want to do is refund you the cleaning fee which in my opinion they should refund you half of the price it cost to book this place!

The condo was worth what we paid for it. Great location, very family oriented. There was no hair dryer and the TV in the living area was very small for the size of the condo. Condo had (2) master bedrooms and bathrooms. The condo was clean but does need a deep cleaning, mold on the patio furniture and doors. We got a great rate and I was not disappointed with what we got. Vacasa was great to work with.

I chose this place “Sanibel” because of the reviews. They are individually owned. Our room 304 was dirty. The furniture was so old and dingy I was scared to sit on it. The comforters had stains on them, the carpet had the WORSE traffic stains I’ve ever seen. I won’t ever stay here again! Way over priced plus your charged a tourism fee. Ridiculous! The owner should invest some money into this place to fix it up a little. Only plus was the access to the beach. And to top it off the condo association tried to charge me $25 for parking. The agent forgot to give us our parking passes.

The unit is not as pictured. The size was good, but the furniture was definitely run down. The carpet in the bedrooms needs to be replaced. The couches are very worn. The bed in one bedroom is BROKEN. I emailed Vacasa, and they didn’t even respond.

I enjoyed the condo, however it may be time for furniture upgrade. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!!!

upon arriving i was hypnotized by the amazing view and beautiful room but the tvs size were incredibly underwhelming for the rooms the beds were squeaky and my biggest complaint there was trash from the last guests under the beds and furniture. other than that a great place to stay.

We were extremely happy with the fully stocked kitchen. We cooked every day and never found anything missing. There were even containers available for left-over storage while there. Views from the balcony were very good. The water in the unit was hot, which is very important to me. Carpets have staines, but the unit as a whole was very clean. 😊
A few things to consider when renting this unit: The couch needs to be replaced, but that wouldn’t keep me from returning to this condo. If you have more than 4 people staying, you may want to rethink this unit though. My teenagers tried to sleep on the pull-out couch and all they could feel were springs.
The pool is very close, so a bit noisy. This did not bother us in the least.
We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience!!

Walking distance to the beach, spacious bedrooms, large balcony. Downside - Housekeepers need to do a better job washing the linen, making sure it's clean and spray the place to kill the nats.

Unit was nice but cramped. Better instructions on the electronics would have been nice. I felt as if it was over priced and the cleaning and other fees were outrageous. The daily price quoted is so misleading it is comical.

Terrible and Dirty
This unit was not cleaned as promised. There was balloons and confetti from the last stay, wall dirty, doors dirty, and the survey showing poor service was still on the fridge from the last person stay. The living room pillows were torn and falling apart. The chair in the bedroom was chewed up. The Towels smelled like vomit and mildew. The comforter was missing off one of the beds. All the furniture was out of place.

Birthday getaway
Location and the home itself. It was late when we realized there weren’t any blankets for the pull out sofa. We had to go without the first night but they brought them the next day.

This condo was a great value and had beautiful views. It was about 1/4 of a mile walk to the beach, and you had beautiful views of the water from the balcony.

While the condo was a nice unit. It lacked a lot of amenities that are common. ( Brooms, vacuum that is not clogged, pot holders. Not enough towels ). One of the TVs did not work. Called office and this was fixed. Beds are hideous. The last time we stayed @ Sanibel all this was not the case. But over all we had a good time

Beautiful rental and location
The Condo was great, two small issues we had, but hardly worth mentioning. However, they stated a fitness room was available, but turned out to be only 2 treadmills and an elliptical cycle, no free weights or weights machine, and the Manager’s desk looked like a small tool shed instead of an office. However, the beaches and city were beautiful, flowers all over the place were gorgeous.
