The condo was perfect! Very spacious, beautiful views, steps from the beach, great location, and great pool area. Only downfall was the elevators as 1 of the 2 elevators was not working so the wait was a little longer. Definitely would stay again!

Was perfect weekend getaway. Only complaint is the beds. The queens was very very loud when turning over. Other then that, it was a great place.

Crystal Shores West 201 was not what I expected it to be. The view of the gulf was its most rewarding point. The rest of the condo needs work.

The property is good. It provides covered parking as well as an open parking lot. The condo is Beautiful and spacious. It accommodated my family and kids very well. It is very close to a lot of things, within walking distance of a lot of things. You’re right on the beach so you have a beautiful view every single day. It can sleep 10 adults very comfortably with a pull out sofa. It has an indoor an outdoor pool a gym and a sauna as well. My negative comment was upon arrival the condo smelled of cigarette smoke. The neighbors also confirmed that the last people were smoking. As we tried to air out the condo that was not fixing the issue. I had to call into the customer care number to report the issue. And no one was calling me back. The numbers on the fridge, I called and text repeatedly nobody answered me back. I finally got a cleaning survey and through there I reached somebody and reported the cigarette smell once again. They asked me to air out the condo which I had already done and it was not fixing the issue. Then they asked me to wash all the bedding which didn’t help. . I asked for a refund of my cleaning fee as I felt like that should’ve been taken care of prior to check in. As well as I feel that the cleaning crew would have noticed the cigarette smell, if it was not them, and reported the issue prior to us checking in. We paid a lot of money for this vacation, cleaning fees etc. My sister is highly allergic to cigarette smoke and had to smell it all week as you could still smell it even after washing the bedding. I felt like it was not handled properly somebody should’ve came to us that evening if not the next day. Nobody even came to check on the unit. We were offered only half of our cleaning fee back, days after arrival. I felt like this was not handled professionally. As far as the listing for the condo I feel like you need to include pictures of the pool, inside and outside, the gym, the sauna etc. I feel like when booking a condo or a place to stay all of these pictures would be very helpful. I also feel that including that easy ups/pop-ups are not allowed on the beach unless you are all the way back by the trash cans. The condo does not provide chairs or umbrellas however you can rent them from a company that’s on the beach. I think a list of things prior to someone booking or checking in would be very helpful especially if they’re traveling out of state.

Beautiful condo! It was an amazing week with my family and catching up with everyone. Perfect view of the water. Seen dolphins and sharks every day which was awesome. My kids slept comfortably on the couch. Extra bed linen was provided and plenty of pillows. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a huge breakfast every day. Washer and dryer was a great thing for my bunch. Coffee maker plus a K cup maker. Enjoying coffee on the balcony is just absolutely relaxing to me. Sun rise every day was outstanding. The condo location is great. Far enough away to feel secluded but close enough to go out and eat within a couple of miles. Shrimp fest was going on while we were there and we were able to walk to the venders. Had an amazing time. Stopped into the front desk to confirm we had everything done correctly and they were also very friendly. Having the gate to the beach on the bottom floor was another great perk. No boardwalk or pier. Just right through the gate and your toes are in the sand. Thanks again for letting us stay at your beautiful condo. Another great vacation in the books! :)

This place was incredible, we booked because we wanted a 3 bed unit that was ocean front, had a pool, and was clean. It was all of those things and more! It was extremely spacious, with the wrap around porch you could get a nice breeze going and hear the gulf all the time. It was perfect for kids, they ran in and outside nonstop and LOVED taking the elevator up and down from the unit to the pool or beach. The tile floors everywhere were nicer for keeping clean with the sand and dirt. It had a pack n play in the closet and also two beach chairs and an umbrella so it was perfect for us having flown in and not packing all of those things. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. The indoor pool was fantastic on the high wind days where the beach and outdoor pool were not as pleasant. It was close to everything so easy to go out or stay in. If you’re looking for a great place on the gulf shores with kids, I highly recommend!

Very clean, perfect for our family, easy access to beach! 🏝 Would've helped to have earlier ✅in. Also, tv didn't work in guest bedroom. But, who watches tv while at the beach. 🤣 The Grands in the evening. We had such a great time together!

We loved our stay at the condo. It was two families the condo was well furnished would definitely consider staying there again. Our only complaint would be the patio furniture. We like to sit out on the balcony but there wasn't enough seating. If they could add a little more patio furniture it would have been perfect.

This condo was just beautiful. Love the balcony got to sit and drink my coffee in the early morning watching people. Just loved it.

The unit was very spacious and just the right for our family and friends to spend a great time at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, flatware, dishes etc. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony using the table and chairs. We will return.

Stayed for a quick weekend with my family and was not disappointed. Location was great, with fantastic views from the large balcony. The unit is really large and furnished nicely. We really enjoyed our stay here.
