Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. My mother, my mother-in-law and I visited for a quick getaway. We found #808 to be exactly as stated in the listing.
The building wasn’t very busy, which was nice because we had heard that the wait for the elevators could be an issue during busy times.
The beds were comfortable but we could’ve used another blanket and/or bedspread for the pull out bed.
We walked over to the Gulf using the breezeway. It was convenient and easy to navigate. Work was being done so we were unable to walk on the beach but we had been warned that renovations were being done before we booked the condo.
We found two great restaurants, went on a dolphin cruise and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We should’ve planned to stay longer as none of us wanted to leave when our time was up. Sadly, due to our limited time we were not able to take advantage of the pool and spa.

The home was wonderful. Plenty of space for our family of 5 and then some.
The view of the ocean is incredible. Hearing the roaring waves while sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee was definitely a highlight.

Loved the view from the balcony and that there was a skywalk to get to the beach. The only two issues I had was the elevators took too long and the home could have been a little cleaner as far as the bathrooms were concerned, other than that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful condo! The furniture is comfortable, and even with the building across the street impeding the beach view, it's still a lovely view. I could easily hear the sound of the surf over the street traffic. Everything works perfectly in the condo. The property itself is lovely, the beach breezeway is a great feature. The pools are really nice, the indoor pool was perfect for February. The fitness center and sauna make this a wonderful winter getaway option.

Loved this condo. Very quiet with respectful tenants and owners. Huge building that is well maintained. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, kitchen was stocked with many pots and pans. Views from living area and bedroom were phenomenal. You can hear the surf all day. Very relaxing. Fitness room well stocked with equipment and sanitizing wipes, heated pool indoors was very pleasant and clean; jacuzzi was well maintained and outdoor pools large enough for all. Steps from the beach across the walkway which was a much appreciated feature. Close to excellent restaurants and outdoor walking. An hour from Mobile and 3 hours from New Orleans. Would highly recommend this condo and Vacasa as a property manager.

Perfect Location!
My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at Crystal Tower. The condo had absolutely everything we needed and then some. Location was perfect and close to all of the great restaurants and attractions that I love in Gulf Shores. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends and family!

Fabulous vacation
The condo was very convenient for people traveling with kids. We noticed there weren’t any other places with a walk way over the street to get to the beach and with little ones that was HUGE!!! The pools were so nice also. Everybody had a blast!

Gulf Shores Stay
We loved staying at Crystal Towers. It was so nice having the sky bridge to walk across instead of walking across the road. Both pools were nice and not super crowded. We enjoyed the very short walk to the beach as well. We will be staying here again!

My family loved this condo. It was comfortable and clean. The two most important things to us. They have a well stocked kitchen. Loved the balcony + view.
My only complaint is the building’s slow working elevators. During peak times the wait could be long. But we loved the condo. Loved the location. A++++

Clean, very comfy and spacious. Only reason not a 5 was the elevators were very slow. Only 2/3 worked. Otherwise everything was great. We cooked a lot and it was well stocked and very clean.

The condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean and comfortable. All of the appliances worked well and the view was good.
The skywalk was closed during our stay due to some work they were doing on it but it was easy to get across the street without it.
We would definitely stay here again.

Vacationing on the Gulf
This condo is finished with almost everything you will need for an extended stay. Only suggestion would be to replace the carpeting with new or tile instead. Good views front and back.

Weekend getaway
Loved the unit we stayed in, it had everything we needed to include pots pans etc to cook with as we didn’t want to eat out every meal. The gym is small, but has all basic equipment you would need. We had a great time and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
