About this house rental

Enjoy this Open Water 2 bedroom 1 bath home. Walk into your open floor plan with views from every direction. Enjoy the sun rise on your large lovlely open porch. Jump in your boat because you have the best access to both the Gulf and Ocean side. *If you bring a pet without our consent you will Forfeit your FULL security deposit. Area attractions include: Kikis Sand Bar and Grill, just a short distance from world renowned Looe Key Reef where you can enjoy some of the best snorkeling and diving in the Keys. Little Torch is centrally located as it is just a quick 20 minutes South of Marathon which offers a multitude of restaurants and a variety of tourist attractions. Even closer than that is Bahia Honda State Park with picture perfect beaches. Key West is a 25 minute drive, where you can watch sunset and enjoy wonderful restaurants bars and historical sites. The boat davits weight limit is 5500lbs.

The property is in very good shape. The deck is weathered but a great place to hang. Lots of wildlife and good neighbors.

Property very nice and the morning sunrise beautiful! The home is set up so that you can view the open water from the inside as well. Kitchen perfect for cooking and bathroom/shower excellent. Management group responsive and great to work with. I would highly recommend!

Lovely Keys Getaway
We spent a perfect month here. The view of the bay from the deck and living room was our daily joy -- spectacular sunrises (and moonrises). The setting is quiet and framed by lush palms and foliage and we enjoyed chatting with the neighbors and meeting friendly locals on our morning walks with our dog. My husband loved taking swims from the dock in the clear water, saw many schools of tropical fish. The house is sparkling clean with a beautifully appointed kitchen (we are foodies and cooked Caribbean lobster tails and fresh Key lime pie for Thanksgiving.) The furnishings are modern and comfortable, lovely Keys-themed artwork adds to the relaxed beauty of the home. This was a unique and restorative getaway for us as we worked remotely on our projects. A productive and wonderful experience!

Spend the month of January 2021 here and it was great. Awesome ocean views and beautiful sunrises. Clean place with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, and nice neighborhood. Our 2 adult children joined us for a week and we still had plenty of space. Lots to do in the area - diving, kayaking, biking, snorkeling, Dry Tortugas, etc. This location is easy to get anywhere in the Keys. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a waterfront property.

My husband and I stayed here for just over a month. It was a very comfortable home, located in a great area. The neighborhood was quiet and the people friendly, and there were some fun restaurants and a lovely beach within a few minutes' driving time. The views at the home are second to none, and the outdoor shower was a pleasant surprise! The property managers were extremely helpful and responsive. Hope to be back for another stay sometime soon.

This house is beautifully located ocean front - great balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze and sunny days, or if windy, an indoor setup to enioy the views! The house was super clean and comfortable and we only would recommend an improvement on the slow dryer situation. Also, the host was quick to respond for any questions we had during the trip. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay!
