Beautiful location. Worse than retro decor

Nice it was on a golf course

Outdated everything inside! Stains in the carpets in every room and walls. Dread bugs all over spiders all over. Had to pay for soap toilet paper and tissues and paper towels and garbage bags. I put pictures of just a few of the stains and dead bugs and the 1983 microwave

Beautiful location, nice clean townhouse, but too many other bad things to go with it, not for us!

It was a beautiful location and the townhouse was clean

First off we tried to check in early and was denied to check in 2 hours early. Arrived at location and no one was there to check us in, if a gentleman who had already checked in wouldn’t of told us we had to use a code (which we were not told about) we wouldn’t of known. Once in box my name was no where to be found, here to find out you have to pay a security deposit of $150 then your check-in papers and key are under an alias name. We were not told about the security deposit prior to checking in anywhere… once we finally got our keys and papers the girl at the front gate was very rude twice to us. We also were not told a check out time until arriving at the location and finding a note on the refrigerator. I had two kids with me who wanted nothing more than to swim and they wouldn’t allow us to check in till four and the pool closed at five and then they expect you to check out at 10 AM and the pool opens at 10 AM. The townhouse itself was clean and nice, but none of the TVs worked. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, the password that we were given did not work. The location is beautiful, but overall not a good experience for us!

Wonderful, relaxing getaway. We love Treasure Lakes and Dubois.

Nice condo, quiet, warm. The maintenance and custodial staffs are always cordial and prompt in dealing with our concerns. Kudos to both staffs.

The new check-in procedure is a bit unorthodox. The TV in the living room didn't work and an unwelcomed mouse in the kitchen who loved bananas!

Wildlife, secluded, balcony, porch, bbq

No mountain view, VERY aged decor definitely have had it since the 70s, feels like a retirement home/hospital (inside), TV had 3 channels that worked and a note that includes it was "beyond their control" that the TV did not work nor that they could repair it, WiFi EXTREMELY slow, VILLA came with 2 toilet paper rolls for 5 adults (you have to pay for extra), uncomfortable beds, dirty carpets, cigarette butts all over the back porch, broken window fixtures, not all outlets worked. Unhelpful security, specifically the middle-aged white woman with a dark brown bob. Refused to help us with directions when we accidentally took a wrong turn out of resort (directions given said 2 different things and the exit is NOT labelled). Had no service and was completely lost in the pitch-black night. Called on the security phone and she hung up on us. Just repeated the address to the front gate.

Passable

The location is phenomenal for a good escape from reality. The fireplace made it feel cozy and the couches were so comfy!

The town house was outdated, the beds were not comfortable at all, the curtains did not open or close properly, light bulbs needed to be replaced (some were burnt out). The kitchen is in serious need of updating, but was functional.

I doubt I will get another reservation here in the future! There was no lobby!

I liked that it was a town house. and that there was an outdoor seating area.

I was not informed when I confirmed my reservation with the property staff that I was to get in a box and get a key with a map and go search for room inside treasure lake!!! The mattresses were worn out!! One sliding glass door lock was broken! They had a big tv that was broken with a small tv in front of it. all furniture was very outdated!

After intitial issue our stay was very nice.

Location, price, updated townhouse, and deck. The property was very clean inside. Issue with the original unit was taken care of.

The unit we were originally booked in was a dump but after calling customer service we were given another unit. As I told the multiple representatives I spoke to I’m not paying over $100/night to stay somewhere that I could go to somewhere else for half the price and have a nicer room. Towels need replaced. Outside deck furniture needs cleaned or replaced.

Superb

After reading some of the previous reviews I was pretty nervous about what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Yes, some things could use a little updating but the appliances were newer. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at the Townhouse instead of going out to eat. The website says there are laundry facilities but we never found it and when we asked some of the staff they said they never heard of any laundry facilities? 🤔 All in all, reasonable rates for a week stay and we will definitely stay here again.

The view and the area. The townhouse was cute. Deer roam around and aren't afraid it's so sweet. Looking at all the beautiful homes was my favorite part

The mouse poop all over the counters the next morning. The pool was only open 10 to 5 and arrival being 4 and checkout being 10, one night stay really misses out on the amenities. The stove was a little outdated burnt the pizza and the lights were dying out. The bed was the absolute worst, so uncomfortable and noisy. and last complaint is pets weren't allowed but the people who live in the houses down the street within the gated community had animals so it was a bit of a bummer but least of my worries.

nice location plenty of things to do not far from town if you need to run out quick wildlife aplenty

we booked 2 rooms under same name and they didn’t put us side by side also appliances and furniture could use an update

Great place to stay, helpful staff, beautiful scenery!

There were a lot of amenities that we were not able to take advantage of because of time constraints, however the resort was in a very pleasant setting. The lake was beautiful. The rooms were a little older, but clean. the staff were very helpful and accomadating. I would use this property again.

Some of the fixtures and matresses could use some updating. Everything worked ok, just a little dated.

The location was ideal for our travel.

It was very outdated, the walls with neighbors were very thin and they kept us awake until 1:45am. The air conditioning did not cool the space - the upstairs was very hot all night. Sheets and blankets were not provided for the pull out couch. The pictures on booking.com did not accurately represent our rental.

We had fun but the silverwood villas need work and better pictures

The pool was awesome. The lake in general was very nice. The treasure lake pro party was really nice.

The villas were very outdated. The pools and anything for the kids or families- nothing was walkable like a resort should be, we had to drive to everything. The pictures of the “resort” needed to be updated badly.
