First time in Winterpark, great location and really appreciated the private bathrooms for the bedrooms.

My favorite place to stay now in Winter Park! What a top notch property where the owners have gone above and beyond with providing all that you need and more. From the layout, the ample room and beds, the views, the peaceful and quiet neighborhood, the convenient shuttle pick-up location near the townhome, spacious two car garages, to the extra touches that made it cozy, this place is well priced for what you receive. Highly recommend for multiple families or group of friends wanting to ski or just enjoy the town of Winter Park. It sits in a great neighborhood with a lovely park for the kids where they had sleds and tubes to use for some fun. Several restaurants within walking it a short drive. We came with our older boys, our dog, and my sister and her family with smaller children. We were able to comfortably shuttle back and forth to the lifts without any issues from this property. Shuttles run every 30 min. We’ve always done ski-in and out, and I now prefer staying off ski resort property for roomier, nicer and better priced places. We look forward to coming back here to stay again, if we have this many come with us. Loved it!

the renting process was super easy and the host was very accommodating. the condo had amazing views, nice/modern kitchen, great hot tub and nicely sized bedrooms for adult couples and kids. the features we most appreciated were the two, attached parking garages, hot tub, king sized beds in the three adult suites with dedicated bathrooms, mud room for boots and ski gear and the kids bunk room with 4 queen/full sized bunk beds. Everyone in our group enjoyed our stay in this property.

The house was perfect for my friends and family. It had all the amenities you need and conveniently located near downtown Winter Park and grocery store. The owners were fabulous, shared recommendations and followed up quickly on any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely stay again.

Great location, just a few minutes from Winter Park Resort. Plenty of room for large families (3 King Bed bedrooms, and one bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds). There were two Pack and Plays available, plus a baby gate at the top of the stairs on the main living level- so great for small children. Kitchen was one of the best appointed VRBO kitchens I've ever used. The 2 single car garage bays and parking for 2 additional vehicles in front of the garages also made our large family gathering that much easier.

This is an awesome place to stay. The location is very close to Winter Park for experienced skiers and Grandby Ranch for those who are more budget conscious. The home is comfortable and the hot tub is Hot. The kitchen is terrific and we played cards on the big dinner table. We had 8 in our party and everybody had a great time.

Very nice condo with modern furniture. The huge kitchen was great for our large family. Lots of space with two balconies and spacious bedrooms for our family of 6. Enjoyed the trails in the neighborhood. Walked into town several times. Close to RMNP and the west entrance was only 45 min drive without any traffic issues entering the park from this side. Came home and spent a lot of time in the hot tub after a day of hiking. We had a great stay.

Our trip to Winter Park for our sons wedding could not have been easier thanks to this wonderful rental. My family and I absolutely loved staying here! The property was clean, spacious, and conveniently located to everything in Winter Park. Having 3 king beds in large bedrooms was a bonus very few rentals have- ( plus the 4 bunk beds on the lower level) and everyone having a separate bathroom helped when getting ready for the wedding. Joseph was available and helpful every time I had a question. When coming back to Winter Park, there is no where else we would stay.

Property is new and very spacious. We had 7 in our group and it would have been comfortable with 10. The three floors gives everyone plenty of space, however the main living area is open and allows for everyone to gather as well. Condo has everything you need (including plenty of kitchen items to cook with and prepare meals) and is very well organized and labeled. Beds are very comfortable. This is the best condo we have stayed at in Winter Park.

Made our annual spring break trip to Winter Park for skiing and was fortunate to stay in this beautiful home. The house is well-stocked with the necessities of making this home for a week. The location is perfectly situated between the slopes, old Winter Park, and Fraser. If able, we will definitely make this our home for our next trip!

Loved having beds and baths for everyone. A very well-stocked kitchen contributed to fantastic family dinners…hang out and dining areas welcomed our family to enjoy each others’ company even though the ski days were nonstop… Thanks for letting us drop a few things in the garage a few hours before check-in, Joe! It was extremely helpful in getting what we needed for our stay:)!

Condo was beautiful and well equipped. All of the bedrooms were separated which gave each couple their own privacy. We came to Winter Park for the skiing, and we were not disappointed!

We had a great time! The hills near the property were perfect for our girls. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and proximity to town. Would definitely stay again. Also Joe the owner was very prompt to respond to any issues we had.

Kitchen was well stocked for cooking in and it was really close to get to Winter Park/Fraser if we needed anything. We’ve stayed at other places in this area, but this was by far the best. Hope to make it back again soon!

Excellent location and great views, the home is brand new and all state of the art appliances. There is a hill where you can enjoy sledding just a few feet away from the home.
