I’ve been staying at Palm Bay for years and 607 is my least favorite. There were no hangers in the closet, the remotes for the TV in bedroom didn’t work. The water hose was missing a spout and barely worked. There’s no where to hang things to dry or put beach bags. The door is old school with a key instead of a code which isn’t convenient. I would definitely not stay in this unit again.

The pool is great but a little “dirty” The room is nice and roomy but a little “dirty” I wonder what they do with all that cleaning money that is charged to each customer

We love staying at Palm Bay. The condo was clean and comfy. The front door handle is loose and could probably be replaced, and the sofa and rug need a good steam clean. Otherwise, everything worked great and it felt like home. I know it’s a battle to keep the pool clean when everyone washes off from a day at the beach with a dip in the pool but the pool could use some attention. We love Palm Bay and the little community and will return. Thank you for everything.

House was nice and great location but had some sand on floor. Also, there was no key to access the pool and no one ever responded when I asked about it. Wish they would push checkout to, at least, 11AM instead of 10AM.

Nice for a short stay, but not great for a family. Sofa bed was uncomfortable for teens and there was little other furniture. King bed was great. Bathroom was good. Pool area looked nice but was very murky once we were in it. We were satisfied for a quick weekend trip but would not want to stay longer.

Cute place but very uncomfortable. Sofa was so old it was unusable. Sat so low it was hard to getup from it kitchen pans were old and scratched up and bent. Only had two spoons. Bath was ok. The bed was hard as rocks and couldn’t sleep. We left early and went somewhere else. It was a waste of $1000 makes me mad. Never trust these rentals again

Place was nice. Just a few issues, not much to complain about. Example: We didn't feel comfortable putting our clothes in the closet due to dirty pillows with a lot of hair on them, light bulb in frig was out, limited in the pots & pans, sofa needs some steam cleaning it was kind of dingy & had some what looked like pet hair, also condo can use some extermination due to we came across some critters,, had some TV issues like needed to winded up having to buy batteries for one of the TV remotes and only had one HDMI cable to be able to watch either TV or the DVD/Blue Ray player and my biggest issue was hearing all the "TRAFFIC" while trying to sleep, which we didn't get much due to the bedroom faces the parking lot and neighborhood street. Fishing was good even though "Bob Hall Pier" was closed, there were other areas we were able to go fishing.

I love the location! I love everything about the place but cleaning could be better! The washer could have been cleaned inside the drum and the inside flaps had mold. I personally cleaned it because of obvious reasons. The floor wasn't swept when we had gotten there. We will be more than happy too return for another vacation! But please be weary of every nook and cranny!!

The facility was amazing! Everything was super clean and organized. It had the perfect amount of space for a quick vacation to the beach. Super friendly atmosphere and the pool is definitely a huge plus! These condos are right next to everything- beach, restaurants, mini golf, and gas stations. Would highly recommend!

My husband, my father, and our two elderly dogs needed a place to stay as we needed to evacuate from Hurricane Laura August 2020. Ever hotel I was looking at from Houston, College Station, Austin, San Antonio, to Corpus Christi was booked and we were running out of options. I happened upon Vacasa and they had availability and we were a LOT more comfortable than we would have been at any hotel. We loved the comfort and privacy of a small home/apartment and made a very stressful situation as comfortable as could be. We were all impressed with the quality and the price. The grounds were great and when we had an issue with the toilet upon arrival, they sent someone out pronto to fix it. We are already making plans to return for a real vacation and not have our only experience be on an evacuation. Highly recommended!

The condo was simple and nice. It has everything you need. My kids loved the pool! My only complaint is that the cable wasn’t working in the living room.
