About this house rental
Spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath gulf front home offers all the makings for that dream vacation. Decks and windows abound throughout to take advantage of the breathtaking views. The main level features a large open living, dining, and kitchen area that opens out to a spacious deck. 2 bedrooms with a shared bath and a laundry room complete this level. The upper level features 2 spacious gulf front suites for more fabulous views of the gulf. A whirlpool tub complements the large master bath. Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, each bedroom has a TV, Pac-n-Play, booster seats, hair dryers, plenty of parking, outside shower, charcoal park style grill, and a fish cleaning table complete this fabulous package! Who could ask for anything more? Salty Shores has it all!!!! 2000 square feet POOL.
This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.
All of our homes come with WiFi.
You must be 25 years or older to reserve.
No events are allowed.
Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.

We stayed at Salty Shores for 7 days for Spring Break with our family of 6. We have 4 kids ranging from 3-11 and they all really enjoyed their rooms, the living space and especially the pool! Our family loved the location, the views from the property and especially the boardwalk view at the end with the chairs at night. It was an incredible property and we highly recommend!

We have stayed in multiple houses in Port St. Joe including some on the same street as Salty Shores. This home was perfect for us and we enjoyed our time thoroughly! The outdoor area including the pool, grill, fish station, and long boardwalk down to the beach were fantastic. This home had a great design for adult groups, especially the two main suites upstairs. The feedback from the group was positive and we look forward to coming back!

Location was great, house was good. We enjoyed our week. It would have been great to have a better description of the house and amenities. There’s a fire pit but no propane tank, there are beach chairs and beach toys but no mention of them in the listing. Dishwasher is not cleaning well and pots and pans need replaced soon. There are no beach towels as well. We think communication of these things would have been very helpful beforehand and would have saved us some headaches.
