I am going to try to stick with the facts rather than give my opinion, which is not favorable. We had 2 adults, 3 children and our dog. This incredibly small mobile home can barely fit 2 adults. There was not enough comfortable seating in the commons area to accommodate a family our size. (It was booked with this number of people and a pet from the beginning). The rental was not fully equipped with much. Pots, pans, plates, bowls, flatware and utensils were provided. NOTHING more than that. No bowls to mix things, such as pancakes, we had to use a cereal bowl. The bathroom was clean but not in good condition. Only 2 bath towels and 2 beach towels were provided. (Thankfully we brought our own since we were visiting a water park). Again, this was knowing 5 people were going to be staying. The bathtub does not drain well. But the water pressure was good. We tried to use the dryer to dry our towels for a shower after the waterpark but it was not functional. The beds were rock hard and lacked proper supply of bedding. Thankfully, my youngest daughter brought her own blanket. Again, this was knowing 5 people were staying. And, while we appreciate the idea of wanting to keep things clean it felt like we were sleeping on plastic because of all the protection on the pillows and mattresses. Everything had a very dollar store feel to it from the bedding to the supplies provided. There is a way to provide protection without forfeiting comfort. The screen porch you usually see on a mobile home was half closed in to provide extra beds to accommodate larger families. So we did all have a place to sleep but no room to move around. We got in late on Friday and left early on Sunday and were at the waterpark all day Saturday. If we would have done more than sleep there we would have found some other place to stay. We did not reach out to the owners about anything because we were only there for a short time. The location was in close proximity to everything we needed it to be. The neighborhood is a mobile home park which comes with its good and bad.
