Parking: Two driveways are available with room for three vehicles in each driveway. Six vehicles maximum. Absolutely no parking is allowed on the rural country road in front of the property. Any vehicles parked on the road will be towed. 5. 14-day rentals or longer require an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire), and a $1,000 refundable security deposit is required on rentals for 21 days or more. This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met. 6.
