About this house rental
Please read entirely to make sure this is a good fit for you. My favorite part of coming here is the great Location in Port Richey . 2 Bedrooms , 2 Bath Home on a canal( NO DOCK). We have a Keyless Lock so you don't have to worry about keys. Nice Full size kitchen . 50 inch Smart TV antenna NO cable, Comfortable Mattresses in Both Bedrooms, Tankless Hot Water Heater so you don't run out of Hot Water! Parking in the driveway only NOT THE GARAGE. I have spoken with VRBO about this and for some reason it states garage parking, Washer & Dryer are in the garage. Wonderful location walking distance to 3 Parks and many restaurants in the area. Come enjoy our getaway home, We want you to feel right at home. and a clean (OUTSIDE only) security system recently added for extra peace of mind . This is a NO PET property, we have family that are extremely allergic, please stay somewhere else if you have pets.

If you are traveling from June-November and are worried about weather (red tide, hurricanes, etc.) impacting your stay, please purchase travel insurance as this is something we do not issue refunds for cancellations since it is beyond our control.

This location was very charming, clean and comfortable for our stay. The owner, Mary, is very friendly and was great in all of our communications. I definitely recommend her rental.

This home is an older home that has been very well updated inside. It had everything we needed, including good beds and mattresses. We were very comfortable there. The owner was great to work with.

Mary was super helpful and helped us locate a real estate agent in the area, & checked back with us to see how it worked out. Marys southern accent made you feel right at home.

House was very clean. Caught a couple of fish out back. Mary left us a nice fruit basket. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would stay again in future.
