The apartment is flooded with light, totally quiet, looks out on to the back yard of the building, and on the ground floor - so there is no climbing flights of stairs with luggage. Its on a tree lined street, with a little coffee shop out front. Great restaurants, bars, subway stops, bus stops just outside. Walking distance to Union Square, Washington Square Park, NYU, Madison Park. The apartment has, a large bathtub and steam room, hardwood floors, exposed brick walls There is a queen sized bed, desk, wifi, printer and TV. Empty drawers, shoe storage, and empty closet. It's quiet and set up for work-at-home with desk, printer and wifi. Close to NYU. Fantastic local restaurants and bars have transported their service into adorable outdoor dining as well as indoor, throughout the neighborhood. I would love to have someone stay there and treat it like their own home. It's a GEM of an apartment in the heart of it all - East Village! I've rented my apartment through for many years and had great reviews and many repeat guests. Most of my long-term rentals were parents or traveling professors for NYU. Looking forward to trying this new platform!
