Nestled in Fayston, this charming house for $878 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Wonderful, luxurious and elegant slopeside villa in Vermont's charming Mad River Valley. This is a spacious and well appointed ski house. The home offers fine finishes throughout, as the attention to detail in the decorating looks like it has been lifted from the pages of a magazine. This home boasts a stone fireplace, granite countertops, chef's kitchen, hot tub, garage and incredibly comfortable sleeping arrangements. The hot tub is drained for the summer (June through October 15th), but may be filled with prior arrangement for a $200 service fee. PLEASE CONTACT US ahead of your stay if you would like to use the hot tub during these months. This listing is professionally managed by Downstream Enterprises, in the Mad River Valley, and has 3D tours available. Our rates are based on local rental demand, and are variable over time. All quotes and holds are valid for a 24 hour period, after which no implied or definite price guarantee regarding quoted rates are valid. Rates are subject to increase based on demand at the time of any additional quote/hold requests. As rates can change over time, quoted prices are likely to increase after the initial hold. Early check-in may be available for an additional fee. We have Pack N Plays and highchairs available upon request. Please reserve ahead of time so that we may get them to your property in time for your stay. LEFT AND/OR STOLEN ITEMS – Downstream Enterprises is not responsible for any personal item(s) left in the home or any personal item(s) that are stolen during a tenants stay. If Downstream is able to recover any personal items left in the home, the guest may choose to have Downstream Enterprises ship the item(s) to the guest for a $50 fee. DAMAGE WAIVER: For stays of 28 days or less-the total cost of your reservation for this property includes an accidental damage protection fee, plus tax. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $10,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. Safely is the name of the insurance carrier and you will receive a screening email from them asking for your name, phone number, age, email and a copy of your ID. This email is valid and is required. Information about the process can be found by searching Safely Guest Screening. We are available for anything that you might need during stay. Simply call or text us, and we will be able to assist you. The house is located in an incredible, private and discreet slopeside location. It is just a short walk or ski to the lifts at Sugarbush Resort's Mt. Ellen Peak. Skiing, hiking, biking, nature walks and mountain adventures are readily available from this property. Access will be granted via a user guide. Instructions to access the property will be included. This space is curated for an exceptional experience. Your hosts are able to coordinate anything that you might need during your stay. Our management company offers everything from paddle board rentals to in-home grocery delivery. A vehicle is necessary, front or all wheel drive is strongly recommended in the winter months. Please be very careful in the driveway of this facility.

Beautiful house with amazing views. Perfect for large groups. Owner was very helpful and house was exactly as shown. Had a 6 point deer walk across the yard while having coffee. Very happy with the rental. Talked about returning next year!

Hi - I loved the house at 383 Fiddlehead Road. It's an exceptional property. Ryan and Heather provided amazing support and were prompt, courteous and professional. I loved the house like it was my own home.

House was great. The cleaners neglected to wash down deck and grill which was quite dirty but the property manager came over quickly and took care of everything. Very roomy and comfortable. TVs were tough to operate but was kinda nice not to watch TV all weekend. Views were spectacular

Second Time for 2020

We loved this place so much back in February that we decided to come back in December. The fireplace was a huge focal point for us as we were there to relax and unwind. Only wish we thought to book it an extra week. Some of our group skied and some stayed put. So this location worked out beautifully. It snowed the night of our arrival ~ Wednesday and by Friday and Saturday the ski conditions were much improved. We'll be back!
