Well this is an infinity yard with the yard gradually stepping into the water and getting deeper as you walk out! This beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath with a loft with a day bed and a trundle bed boasts 2800 sq. ft. of inside living space not to mention the vast deck and screened in porch space! Newly renovated kitchen and hall bathroom. New paint and newly finished floors. Not all pics reflect changes. Wolf stove with a sub zero frig as well as new living room furniture. You can watch the sunset directly from the porch! High thread count linens on beds. Mainly hardwoods and tiled floors, quartz counter tops, and all the pots, pans, etc. you possibly would need is already provided in the kitchen. Games for those rainy afternoons that sometimes come in during the summer. 3 kayaks for use! WHOLE HOUSE SANITATION SYSTEM that kills germs for clean air. Keurig coffee pot with some coffee pods available when you get there. Also has a full coffee pot with it. Can bring larger amounts to make a whole pot also. Remember to bring your groceries with you for anything extra needed. The nearest grocery is about 30 minutes away. Two grills are provided, a Big Green Egg and a gas grill. Vaulted ceilings in master and living room. For cooler days and nights sit by the nice gas fireplaces in the bedroom, living room or build one in the chiminea on the porch or in the fire pit . Beautiful views of the lake can be seen from from 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room! Lake Martin boasts of so may restaurants directly on the lake! We are a hop, skip and jump from the popular restaurant The Landing. You can drive a short distance or even shorter by boat to park and eat or hangout at the bar/picnic beach area. Also about 10 minute boat ride is Kowaliga Restaurant where you can pull your boat up to park also. The Springhouse will be one of the best meals you will ever eat so plan to bring a little bit nicer clothes for this night (reservations suggested). You also have Chuck's Pizza on the water near Chimney Rock. Chimney Rock is where you go for jumping off high rocks and some lake social time. You will love it here and not want to leave as we feel every time we go!! Make your stay with us at Honey's Hive!

We spent a long weekend at the lake house to celebrate my son's college graduation. The overall impression of the house and property were more than we had expected. Everything was clean and organized. The furniture and the beds were very comfortable. The close proximity to lake and the new boat-pier made it easy for us to secure our boat. The boat-pier also had several comfortable lounge chair where we enjoyed hanging out, and watching the sun-set. The kitchen was a good size and spacious, well stocked with cups, glasses, plates, plus every utensil imaginable. We also loved the screened in porch, and the swing!!! My "adult children" also enjoyed hanging out around the fire-pit at night.

This was a wonderful stay! Plenty of room and just beautiful with all the fall trees. Very cozy and would recommend. Would love to come back in the summer!

This house is exactly what we wanted for our weekend getaway. Very clean, fully equipped, great location, and a beautiful setting. The new composite dock and the large tv's made for a great day of watching football and dock-sitting. The owner went above and beyond communicating the details before the trip and even left us some treats for our stay. Great experience !

Our favorite home we’ve stayed in during last 5 years. We won’t to stay again next year! Maybe longer! Our only issue was not having an inside table for eating and playing games on.

We had a great time at the lake house and we especially enjoyed the dock and screened porch! The house has a nice location, spacious, clean and the owner is very courteous! No problems at all!
