International Colony 35 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage that offers all the cozy comforts from home while still maintaining the luxurious new furnishings you desire! This unit has been completely newly furnished from the living room to each bedroom and comfortably sleeps 8. Keep cool after a day at the beach with split AC in every bedroom and a main living area spanning out to the kitchen. The spacious over-sized Master bedroom features a brand new, comfortable King size bed, and en suite bathroom with shower/tub. The second bedroom is also spacious and has a new comfortable Queen size bed. For additional guests, there are two new Queen size sleeper sofas, perfect for those extra guests! International Colony Club is a collection of “plantation style” uniquely Hawaiian cottages situated on 10 acres of meticulously landscaped, lush mature tropical grounds, creating the perfect old Hawaii experience. The grounds border on the Ka'anapali Royal Golf Course and a short walk to spectacular Kahekili Beach Park, fine dining and open-air shopping at Whaler's Village. One of two sparkling pools is only a few steps away from this cottage and the lush tropical gardens add to the Aloha experience. There are no resort or parking fees. Please note this resort has no elevators. When booking with My Perfect Stays, your unit comes with a complimentary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body soap as well as starter essentials upon arrival. Standard Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. The convenience and location made this all worth it. The location was great and spread out from other condos. Having access to washer/dryer was essential for our stay. The AC was great to have and we loved the access to snorkel gear and beach chairs. The unit itself felt dirty when we arrived. The bathrooms were the worst. Most of the towels and sheets were stained and we were not provided enough for the amount of people in our condo.

This home was clean and nicely furnished. Loved the enclosed patio which provided extra sitting and sleeping space for my grandkids. Nearby parking was a big plus. The cost of this home was well worth it!
It took us awhile to find the entrance to the cottage at first. The walkway is a steep incline and not suitable for guests who have difficulty walking. Laundry appliances were handy, but the dryer needs to be serviced or replaced.

We stayed 27 days and I will say there is more right than wrong with this unit. The furniture and beds are comfy and there is so much room. It is as it appears in the pictures. I was disappointed in the cleanliness and the entire place was overrun with ants and gnats because of it. Overall we were comfortable and close to the beach for our daily walks.

Great spot for a big family! Having a washer and dryer was so handy, having a swimming pool next to us was fantastic! We will definitely be back!

House was charming and decorated nicely. Loved working with management; they helped fix a little schedule change last minute with no issues. Super clean. Great location. Only complaints were the pull out bed in the sun room was super uncomfortable, and there needed to be a couple more blankets to comfortably sleep the 8 of us sleeping there. Also, there needs to be some window shades. I loved waking up to the sun every day, however the neighbors light shone directly into the master bedroom all night. Rough with 2 littles. Overall, we were pleased and had a nice stay.

Loved the amount of space we had including all the beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards we had to use. Two showers the master bedroom shower was my fav! N the dining room made meals so fun. Our neighbors were far enough we didn't hear them or vice versa and the staff were great at responding quickly. Only con was checkout time is early 10am.

Wonderful stay at this condo with our 4 adult and 2 young children group. Property managers are easy to contact and do reach out multiple times confirming everything is ok. Plenty of space to spread out and have privacy. ACs are strong and cool down rooms quickly, quietly, and comfortably. Linens are high quality and very comfortable. Mattresses, pillows, couches were all in great condition. We made good use of the kitchen, and the kids enjoyed running around the condo and exploring both inside and outside. Perfect location across our favorite beach and reef for snorkeling and swimming. It was paradise! And our home away from home. We'll be staying again, thank you!

We loved our stay in Ka’anapali. I will write everything that I wanted to know so if I repeat other reviews I’m sorry. First of all the good. The parking is literally right in front of the house. It was so convenient to always have a parking space. The unit was clean with the kitchen well stocked. They also had extras of paper towels, Kleenex, and enough toilet paper. There was plenty of towels and wash cloths. We were a group of seven and there was enough for all of us. There were sheets, blankets and extra pillows for both the pull out sofas. There was dishwasher and laundry soap so we didn’t have to bring our own. Each bathroom has its own hair dryer. There was plenty of goggles, sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas for our use. They also provided four large beach towels. We ended up a little chilled in the night so we called the company and asked for two additional blankets. We called them at 3:30 in the afternoon and they had the blankets delivered by five. The customer service can’t be beat.
The cons. Like other people have said, in the smaller bedroom an outside light shines through the window all night. We ended up putting a towel up to block it as it was very annoying. The house was also rather dark in the evening. There were lamps but they did not put off enough light. The kitchen and over the dining table were the worst. It was very dim. Those are my only two complaints and I would not hesitate to book there again!

the garbage under the sink is open and not closed. Given this is the tropics and we were warned there were critters we would have wanted a closed garbage can in the kitchen. otherwise the unit was great.

One suggestion as others have mentioned is drapes/shades in the bedrooms to help with the morning sun as well as the outside lights from neighboring cottages that shine into the windows. Other than that we had a fantastic vacation staying at this cottage!

I would recommend some sunshades in the master bedroom as a previous person had noticed in their review because it gets so bright so early in the morning. The home is very well located and the pool area was also clean.
