We were most disappointed with property location, condition and stay. I will be writing to Warm Rentals to complain officially enclosing photographs. Apartment dated, facing wrong direction for any sun and area very run down. Virtually impossible to find also. Spent a long time driving around looking for road that apartment was on - was under impression it was a holiday complex. Very disappointing. Had tried to cancel it after booking it but would only have been able to get 50% of cost back. Booked it on 26 August - wasn't able to cancel for full refund unless I cancelled by 13 August!!! How stupid. Never, ever again will I go with Warm Rentals. There were three different companies involved in the booking! Crazy
