Loved the location!! Just outside the Sedona hustle and bustle... and right near a creek and under a large towering mountain!! Loved the comfort of the beds, the space and privacy of the home!! In addition to the many hikes we did, we also spent a great deal of time just resting in here as if it were home!!
Maybe bedspreads could be updated, otherwise nothing!!

The location and the layout of the house.
We stayed 3 nights had one washcloth each which was threadbare and essentially a rag. Needs new linens all around. . The coffee maker took about 30 minutes to make a pot. Very limited room to back out and need to inform renters who have a full size suv or truck that it is almost impossible to do so. The door knob to the inside of the master bedroom pulls off. No clocks in bedrooms. All curtains need replacement as they were saggy, and old. There was no body wash in the second bathroom.  The instructions to connect to the Internet left out one period which made it impossible to login until we noticed a little sign in the home that had the correct login information.  The kitchen counter had several burnt marks.
