Mostly a positive experience.

Nice location on the river. The house is nicely furnished and huge.

A number of dishes were dirty. Gooey substance on a bowl, coffee pot was not washed, and a number of cups and pans were not cleaned and I had to rewash quite a few items to use them. A bedside table was sticky and I had to clean it. The neighbor was jackhammering concrete the first couple days.
