the terrace and the garden were wonderful! a very friendly cat paid us regular visits, loved that! small but functional kitchen with everything that you need for cooking nice with an additional bathroom outside there was a washing machine which was a nice surprise two of the three bedrooms were great! easy to walk to the beach

the height of the doors were lower than normal which makes it difficult if you are taller than 1,75 the smallest bedroom was not super practical because the electric outlets were hidden behind the bed

The house is in a lovely neighbourhood outside of Olbia, with many exceptional beaches short walking distance away! Few amazing restaurants nearby with amazing food! The house is spacious, three bedrooms, good kitchen, bathroom and a shower room with toilet outside. There’s a good size bbq in the garden. We were family of four, older teenagers and we thoroughly enjoyed it and recommend it!

We liked everything. However, few hooks in the bathroom and latches on the bedroom doors wouldn’t go amiss.
